Summary
- Drivers will need to lift heavy objects and load them into their vehicles, requiring upper body strength and physical stamina.
- We are looking for punctual candidates with good time management skills for the position of Driver. Drivers are responsible for delivering packages to clients in a timely manner, and weekends and ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use, among other duties.
Driver Responsibilities
- Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
- Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
- Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Updating monthly mileage records.
- Driving a variety of vehicles, including , cars and buses
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
- Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
- Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
- Interacting with clients in a professional conduct.
- Flexible working hours (weekends may be inclusive.)
Driver Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal communication.
- Must Possess an OND
- Proficiency using GPS devices.
- A valid driver's license.
- 1 year driving experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Title: Marketer
Location: Lagos
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Use only approved marketing collateral, presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively
- Follow all approved sales closing procedures as instructed
- Protect and secure customer confidential information according to corporate guidelines and procedures
- Achieve established performance guidelines within established time frame
- Build relationship with clients in order to convince them to engage company services
- Generating sales leads and attending to assigned leads
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices
- Contact assigned leads through phone, email and / or direct mail according to training and at the direction of management

Job Title: Factory Supervisor / Operations Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
- Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Job Title: Store / Inventory Supervisor
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Role / Responsibilities
- Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
- Analyse information about supplier performance or procurement program success.
- Resolves discrepancies in requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery reports by contacting vendors or requesters.
- Estimates cost and assigns account codes to items purchased. Unpacks incoming goods and wraps and packs outgoing goods.
- Prepares and files complaints on unsatisfactory supplies
- Perform constant physical stock check on items and forward such count information to the Accounts Department
- Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the work activities of the company’s Store / Warehouse.
- Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes
- Determines items and quantities of stock to be purchased and maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers
- Requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
- Inspects items as to quality and quantity against freight documents.
Requirements
- Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Working knowledge of inventory management software

Job Title: Customer Service / Admin Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
- Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
- Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
- Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get best pricing on supplies and services
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Maintain master corporate calendar of all all-hands events, conferences, holidays and vacations
- Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
