Voguepay is the worst payment gateway in Nigeria - ★☆☆☆☆
This is quite unusual of me but I have no other options than saying it as it is! I've been a customer of voguepay since the launch as early as the 2010s and returned in 2022 to see I need to verify my account again with them and of course, paid for this because they claimed they can't say why this is so.
Then funds came in and withdrawing isn't possible because they claim I need to verify my phone number and no way to do this for over 2 months. Complaints are either their tech team are working or its being looked into then they ignore calls, SMS, emails and WhatsApp messages.
Worst is now that I have checked their reviews online and see that they are labelled as fraud - this is a company with high prospects than Paystack when it was launched. Very unfortunate of this guys.
