Greman Allied Industries Limited is a leading firm in the agricultural sector involved in the production and distribution of rice and animal feeds (poultry and catfish). We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Personal Assistant Location: Abuja Job Summary

  • You are required to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in an organized and timely manner.
Job Description
  • Organize, attend meetings and ensure the manager is well prepared for meetings.
  • Prepare Meeting Minutes.
  • You will be required to preliminary draft correspondence on the Managing Director's behalf.
  • Assist with necessary errands
  • You are expected to carry out any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time diligently and in a respectful manner.
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Screen phone calls, enquiries, requests, and handle them when appropriate.
  • Manage the MD’s diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Type, prepare and collate documents/reports.
Requirements & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ previous work experience as a Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant.
  • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma/Degree in any discipline. A Master Degree is a plus.
