Ascentech Services Limited - Our client, a conglomerate with diversified interests agriculture, alternative energy, backup power supply systems, networking and data transmission, ICT infrastructure development is urgently in need of qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: IT/Telesales Executive Location: Lagos - Mainland Job Responsibilities

  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Person Specification
  • B.Sc/HND in an Engineering discipline.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • A maximum of 4 - 5 years of cognate work experience is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
