It originated in response to providing world class services to the society at large and offering an alternative that is satisfactory in areas of our specialty. It has carried out service rendering duties in various states of Nigeria and within the ever bustling business environment of Lagos.   • We are looking for a qualified HR Business Support Executive to join our team to oversee all human resources operations and ensure that they are aligned with our business goals.
  • Our ideal candidate would act as a consultant on human resource management.
Responsibilities
  • Partners closely with assigned business to develop and implement a workforce strategy in support of business objectives.
  • Proactively work with clients to identify and troubleshoot organizational issues that could impede positive employee engagement.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with other HR teams in order to develop and enhance solutions processes and programs that address current problems and also avoid future ones.
  • Acts an integral part of the client management team by developing effective and working relationships and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area.
  • Provides support on the research design and development of HR initiatives in support of the HR strategy, using expert knowledge of the client area.
  • Facilitates the creation of an implementation and communication plan into the local business area that achieves the agreed deliverable.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a HR Business Partner.
  • Must have passion for marketing and must be able to close sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be results oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated to "rolling up the sleeves" and getting the job done with minimum support and direction.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration and its related. Masters Degree is an added advantage.
  • Candidates must reside within mainland and its environs.
