  • Our client seeks to employ a personable, dynamic, self - driven, innovative and hardworking individual as its Sales Manager
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for growing the company’s customer base significantly and ensuring customer retention.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identifying and prospecting for new businesses for the organization through researching, evaluation and analysing of the prospective client’s position in the industry.
  • Manage and grow existing customer patronage.
  • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels.
  • Cooperate with other departments in the organization to create an exceptional client experience by communicating client’s’ requirements effectively and timely.
  • Provide management with accurate sales reports.
  • Develop and maintain Customer database.
  • Trains other sales personnel in the art of selling.
  • Ensure that all the sales team meet or surpass their sales target.
  • Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product.
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
  • Make Sales presentation and pitches.
Experience and Qualifications
  • A good Degree in Business Administration or any Social Science.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Sales and marketing particularly in Port Harcourt and Lagos.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales target.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
