• Ascertain quality of facility maintenance materials supplied to meet the required standards
• Conducts market survey of relevant Facility related materials
• Conducts facilities performance evaluation and post occupancy survey.
• Advise on CAPEX and participate in vendor selection
• Management of service charge i.e preparation of service charge budget, appointment/collection of service charge.
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Agriculture, Civil and Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines.
• Membership of relevant professional body
