As part of on-going effort at strengthening its managerial capacity, the company recently engaged our services to fill the following strategic job vacancies on its organization structure:



Job Title: Marketing Manager -ES 128
Vacancy RESPONSIBILITY
The Marketing Manager will lead a team of highly resourceful marketing executives and be responsible for initiating policies, developing plans and executing strategies approved for securing market dominance for the company's products.
 Membership of a recognized professional institute of marketing and a minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience is required to qualify for consideration.The search is for self-assured candidates with a first degree in social sciences or other business related disciplines.

Job Title: Training Manager- ES 129 Vacancy RESPONSIBILITY
This position is responsible for implementing the company's learning and talent development strategies. Membership of C1PMN or other recognized international HR or Training professional bodies is essential to function in this role.
The requirement is for a learning management professional with a minimum of ten years hands-on experience in training needs analysis, development of competency-based training plans, and training facilitation.



Job Title: Finance Controller - ES 127
Vacancy RESPONSIBILITY
This position reports to the Deputy Managing Director and has overall management responsibility for the firm's finance and accounting function. The successful candidate must have acquired a minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience in reputable organisations, five of which must be at managerial level.
The requirement is for candidates with very good university degrees and membership of one of the recognized institutes of chartered accountants.The possession of an MBA degree and strong IT skills, including Oracle ERP System, will offer distinct advantages. Candidates must also be versatile in International Financial Reporting Standards (I FRS).
