Job Title: Resident Architect

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC

Job Description

• Lead and develop concepts for our retail segment.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and joinery documents.
• Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
• Modify existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs.
• Design and document joinery projects.
• Consult with clients to determine their requirements.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 0 - 1 year work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly
