Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing voyage instructions and monitoring voyage proceeds as per Charter Party requirements.
- Appointing vessels agents for following-up requirements related to the execution of the C/P. Advising Ship Masters of C/P terms.
- Following-up voyage execution and vessel performance at sea and in port.
- Collecting and processing voyage documents, managing quotations for bunkers and arranging fuelling and waterinq of vessels.
- Processing cargo and demurrage claims.
- Co-operating with the Technical Department regarding vessels requirements in relation to performance, maintenance and operational improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Title: Diving Operation Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for all diving and ROV operational activities, including vessel deployment during and preceding any diving, ROV and/or equipment onboard the vessel or work site.
- The implementation of the Company's health and safety policy is undertaken by all the Company employees and/or the Company subcontractors onboard the work site.
- Follow up and monitor all activities involving all in onshore and offshore diving and ROV operations while ensuring compliance to set policies and procedures
- Follow-up on pre-inspection and third party quality certification of the diving support vessels, dive lifting equipment in order to provide the necessary safety information.
- Supervise tendering activities are conducted efficiently and as per the agreed procures and ensure that documentation and reporting activities are taken care of at all times.

Job Title: Chief Officer

- Comply with the safety and environmental policies of the Company, and all relevant international and national conventions, codes and legislation.

Job Title: Well Head Maintenance Manager
Location: Nigeria
Roles and Responsibilities
- Defining and implementing policies, processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement of Units reliability by gathering reliability data and correlating this data into useful information
- Responsible for preparation and maintenance of technical documentation of each Unit. (i.e. modelling information and reliability data)

Job Title: General Manager - Diving & Vessel
Location: Nigeria
Roles and Responsibilities
- Focal point for contact with vessels concerning Marine Engineering issues.
- Involvement as required to assist Technical Entity on emergency and planned marine / vessel related systems.
- Work within budget restraints for the efficient operation and maintenance of vessels.
- Help develop and administer reliable budget forecasts against the approved budget plan.
- Responsible for Asset preparation. Single Point of Contact between Project and Technical Entity for preparation or modification of Equipment in order to deliver a spread fit for purpose.
- Maintain SOP & STPs (Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Task Plans), ship technical documents (deck lay out, general arrangement drawings, crane curves...) up to date and ensure availability under the relevant Sharepoint site Library

Job Title: Diving Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Diving Superintendent in mobilization, training, familiarization of personnel as required.
- Be familiar with the work scope, any special procedures and/or equipment to be used for the work
- Familiarized with all aspects of the system pertaining to his involvement. This will include dive control panels, bell handling systems, diving bells, emergency procedures etc.
- Liaise with all members of his proposed shift and his opposite in order to achieve a smooth start to the contract.
- Refer all questions that are out of his area of responsibility to the Diving Superintendent.
- Conduct all diving operations in a safe and proper manner and in accordance with the Atlantic Marine Diving and Marine Operations and Safety manuals.

Job Title: Diving Technician
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and control of all the electrical diving equipment;
- A Define maintenance work setting priorities and draw up a maintenance frequency schedule;
- Supervise and coordinate the Mechanic Foremen and the deck mechanics to ensure that the work is carried out in compliance with the quality requirements;
- Assign to his team the execution of the required maintenance activities;
- Stock the required quantity of material through the establishment of minimum and maximum stock levels, in order to ensure the work continuity. Order spare parts for scheduled maintenance in due time;
- Liaise with the Chief Engineer and Diving Superintendent on the preparation of the equipment;

- Conducting medical examinations and acting as a consultant when recruitment medical examinations are under review
- Dealing with illness and injury which occurs onsite: dressing wounds, administering drugs, checking blood pressure, giving anti-tetanus injections
- Providing 24-hour cover for emergency treatment and first aid

Job Title: Commissioning Manager
Location: Nigeria
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure that onshore commissioning is performed in accordance with the Fabrication Contracts. Verify and record Main Scope Contractors mechanical completion activities
- Manage and ensure that offshore commissioning is performed in accordance with all specified requirements. Establishing, instruction and performance of the commissioning group.
- Ensure that commissioning activities are planned, arranged and executed in such a way that the integrity of safety and the environment is maintained throughout the process.
- Being focal point for issues concerning commissioning issues in the EPIC phase hereunder ensure that test and commissioning schedules are maintained in the EPIC stage.
- Prepare schedules for the test and commissioning activities of total scope of supply.

- To encourage and motivate his crew to carry out their duties in accordance with instructions laid' down in the Q&HSE manuals.
- The Master shall take care of Owners and Charterers interests, and will often act as their representative.
- The Master shall motivate the crew to operate the vessel in accordance with the Company's QHSE
- Management System in the best possible manner. He shall ensure that all orders and instructions are issued in a plain and unambiguous way.
- The Master may delegate responsibility for maintenance and operation of the vessel to his department leaders and other crew members.
- The Master shall secure that all subordinates are provided possibilities to develop and improve their abilities within their individual positions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Engineering
- STCW 95 Regulation 11/2
- Valid IMCA training/competence certificate
- Current and valid offshore medicals
- Current and valid BOSIET Certificate (OPITO BOSIET)
- 10 years' experience on a DSCV vessel
