Job Description

  • Receive visitors
  • Attend to customers enquiries appropriately. 
  • To organize GM’s itinerary.
  • To book and organize GM’s meetings.
  • Provide administrative and logistic support to the Lagos office.
  • To provide secretariat support to the GM.
Safety Equipment Inspection:
Additional duties
  • Weekly inspection of Fire Extinguishers to ensure it fully charged and mounted in designated places free from obstruction.
  • Ensure good housekeeping.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification HND
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office - Word, Excel And PowerPoint
  • Minimum 2 Years’ Experience In Similar Role.
  • Good Inter-personal Relations.
  • Record Keeping
