Job Title: IT Support Officer

Job Description
- We are poised for high growth. To meet this new requirement, the company is looking for talented & experienced candidate for the role of IT Support Officer.
- The IT support officer is expected to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organisation.
- He may install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
- Develop rich contents and manage the company’s social media platforms
- Ensure the company website is equipped with adequate information regarding the organisation.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Replacing parts as required;
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
- Manage any IT related programme or applications for the organisation
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related filed from a recognised institution.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- To meet this new requirement, the company is looking for talented & experienced candidate for the role of customer service.
- The customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage large number of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Promptly answers telephone calls to the main console and appropriately directs callers.
- Receives clients, job applicants, and other visitors to the firm in a courteous and professional manner, determines their needs, and directs them to the appropriate desk; obtains each visitor’s data and ensures that he/she has an appointment or is expected.
- Assist admin in collating information such as employment, medical, and other records.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in related filed from a recognized institution.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience and excellent written and oral communication skills.
