  • We are currently recruiting for the position of a Customer Service Representative for our client.
  • The ideal candidate would be responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and the organization, assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellation, and other queries.
Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
  • Handles and receive processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from clients.
  • Report to the Customer Service Manager to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Ensures and provide quality service to both internal and external clients
  • Handles and receive inquiries from clients or contacts to resolve a variety of order related issues
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies and measurable implementation
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Must have problem solving skills
  • Must be able to grasp product knowledge with little or no supervision
  • HND/B.Sc in Mass Communication, English, or related field.
  • Must have an excellent communication and listening skills
  • Must have a problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
