Activities Operations:
  • Advises company’s superintendent on monthly and annual planning,
  • Coordinates the maintenance operations,
  • Checks and validates technical reports,
  • Prepares maintenance reports,
  • Informs the persons concerned, by appropriate reporting of the progress of maintenance operations and, if necessary, of difficulties encountered,
  • Takes part in different daily, weekly and site co-ordination meetings.
Methods:
  • Ensures the appropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures and tools employed by his crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements to company’s maintenance superintendent,
  • Ensures co-ordination between maintenance operations and Preparation teams, Keeps an up-to-date list of work that cannot be performed except during inspections of machines or shutdowns,
  • Promotes and proposes modifications and improvements,
  • Suggests corrective measures to COMPANY if this backlog threatens to become unmanageable,

Team Leading:
  • Ensures the correct behaviour of his teams in accordance with the general safety regulations of the subsidiary and, if need be, takes the necessary corrective measures,
  • With the assistance of CONTRACTOR base support, he organises the rotation schedules of his teams (administrative and logistical requirements, crew changes, etc.)

Activities General Description:
  • Support of offshore operations,
  • Facilitate maintenance activities of the SITE team through adequate preparation (pare parts verification, etc)
  • Check repairs requirement and quality,
  • Short and medium term improvement methods,
  • Ensure the TADM function.
Main Functions:
  • Review wrong, fake materials,
  • Make regular material audits at the warehouse,
  • Review MRP.

Job Title: Expert on Conditional Maintenance Location: Nigeria
Activities Main functions:
  • He is responsible for the preparation, organization and implementation of interventions concerning conditional preventive maintenance, including the measurement of vibration, the sampling of lubricants and performance monitoring on pumps, motors, compressors, turbines and electric motors on all sites affected by the client agreement.
  • He is responsible for interpreting the results of vibration measurements and is responsible for interpreting lubricants analysis made in a specific laboratory; on these analyses, Based on this analysis, he identifies corrective actions to be undertaken on the equipment concerned.
  • He is responsible for measuring and analysing the vibration after the restart of mechanical equipment,
  • He participated in all technical meetings within his/her field of competence.
  • With his/her teams, s/he assists SMC (specific maintenance contracts).
  • S/he must have particular regard to the logistical constraints of the COMPANY for the planning activities and sets priorities for its interventions according to the degree of criticality of the equipment,

General Description
  • Responsible for the totality of the Contractor’s contractual commitments within the context of the maintenance and services contracts and is accountable to line management for the technical, financial and human aspects of the contract.
Main Functions
  • Promote QHSE policy and values,
  • Respect of the Company objectives and follow the KPI’s,
  • Definition of the general maintenance policy and undertaking of the actions required reaching the targets fixed,
  • Definition of provisional budget,
