Job Title: Livelihoods Officer
Location: Maiduguri
Department: Program
Reports to: Field Coordinator with Technical line to Child Livelihoods Specialist
Duration: 12 Months
Purpose
- Coordinates the Cash Transfer Program (CTP) of the Humanitarian
projects in Maiduguri in line with International minimum standards in
Northeast Borno states, Communicates within Plan International Nigeria
and with partners and related government institutions. The post holder
will also contribute towards the capacity building of Plan
Internationals implementing partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementing cash transfer programming for the humanitarian
response in Maiduguri ensure beneficiaries are selected based on project
criteria
- Prepare distribution plan for ease and safety of cash distribution
- Lead in beneficiaries’ verification to prevent fraud
- Apply technical knowledge and skills to sensitize and inform
beneficiaries and community members in full compliance with standard
operating procedures and guidelines
- Participate in research and surveys relating to cash distribution and the appropriateness
- Deliver and oversee the project activities
- Liaise with other Organizations on the ground and in meetings when related to CTP
- Actively participate in the collection of data for beneficiary
verifications and households assessments related to cash beneficiaries
- Collect all information sheets (beneficiary lists, registration forms, distribution lists, and others) at the distribution site
- Support in Post Distribution Monitoring
- Establish and maintain transparent, functional relationships with business/corporates
- Represent Plan in Cash Working Group meetings in Maiduguri
- In collaboration with Child Protection team, ensure that children are safeguarded at all times
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree Field of education: Bachelor of Arts or Science in Social Science,
- Economics, Agriculture or related fields
- 2-3 years working experience for INGOs preferred
- Experience in community mobilization and participatory decision making highly preferred and valued
- Demonstrated experience and capacity in conducting emergency
assessments, field-level data collection, and experience analysing field
data and concisely reporting on results.

Job Title: Field Security Advisor
Location: Maiduguri Office
Department: Program
Reports to: Field Coordinator with Technical line to Country Security Advisor
Duration: 12 Months
Purpose
- Responsible for the development and implementation of security
policies, guidelines and procedures for the Humanitarian Response
Program with the support of Country Office Security Advisor.
- He/ She will promote a culture of security; security incident
reporting; security guard oversight and management; monitoring and
analysing the security situation in the states of humanitarian response,
supporting the development and implementation of Security related
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Borno field office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Advise Humanitarian Unit on all aspects of security, management issues and trends in the North East
- Develop/maintain an appropriate framework of security measures
and standard operating procedures (SSOPs), which will increase Plan
International Nigeria’s overall capacity to protect staff, programs, and
property for the humanitarian response
- Ensure that Plan International Nigeria SSOPs reflect risk levels
referenced in Plan’s Global Security Policy and ensure SSOPs are
compliant with all Plan’s policies
- Manage the day-to-day operations of security management i.e.
guard oversight/management/direction; identification, documentation,
analysis and follow up of security threats/incidents; monitoring SSOP
compliance; staff/vehicle movement control, etc for the humanitarian
response
- At the state level, lead the response to all security threats/incidents in a timely, professional and appropriate manner
- Review existing Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) and conduct
same routinely in the two North East states of Plan’s Humanitarian
response operational locations as well as whenever the security
situation changes and advice programming
- Monitor and suggest ongoing improvements to existing security
warning systems and produce the report to updates/alerts etc., then
analyse available information with respect to potential impact to Plan
International Nigeria and inform staff /management accordingly of
security risks.
- Regular attendance at relevant security meetings and forums for the North East.
- Report on security incidents/threats to Country Security Advisor
on a regular basis (including analysis of trends) and focal persons at
the district level
- Review physical security arrangements including insurance for
staff and assets (e.g. vehicles) in collaboration with relevant managers
such as P&C, Operations Managers etc, on a regular basis and
implement action plans to improve/correct as/when required
- Develop and test contingency plans based on results and
anticipation of security threat/risk assessments and develop staf
preparedness/capacity to respond, staffing collaboration with focal
persons at the district/PU level
- Ensure that regular safety and security trainings are conducted with relevant field staff
- Build the capacity of all staff on security including health and safety aspects under P&C leadership/ownership
- Assess communications needs and recommend
improvements/technological aspects to make sure that all equipments are
working and in good condition such as generator(s), radios, satellite
phones, etc.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or any related field
- At least 3-5 years’ experience of security, health and safety management or similar capacity
- Good understanding of national security related issues and their relations to Plan’s contexts
- Experience in conducting participatory risk assessments and
preparing situational analyses, including the analysis of factors from
both the internal and external environments, identifying crucial risks
that have to be addressed, setting objectives and developing plans of
action

Job Title: Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) Officer
Location: Borno
Department: Program
Reports to: Nutrition Coordinator
Duration: 10 Months
Job Purpose
- Lead the IYCF program planning and provide strategic direction
to the implementation of IYCF through CG, individual and mass education
strategies.
- Ensure internal and external reporting and documentation
requirements are on-time and accurate. Assess staff capacities and
coordinate initial or ongoing trainings based on need and program goals,
Play a lead role in the orientation and training of new technical
program staff, Models leadership to all staff and intentionally develops
the leadership potential of the CG Promoters and Prepare a monthly
report using the information provided by Care Group Promoters.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of IYCF-E program at LGA and field level
- Ensure observance and respect the dignity of beneficiaries, care givers and members of the community at all times.
- Coordinates with project partners, project staff, the SMoH, LGA
PHCDA and othe stakeholders regarding upcoming activities and needs at
the community and State/LGA levels.
- Responsible for the performance and professional development of the CG Promoters who report to him/her.
- Review Flipchart Lesson Plans with CG Promoters every two weeks
and assure they understand the information well and can teach back the
information in a participatory manner.
- Collect CG Promoter reports on a monthly basis, review the reports and assure the
- information presented is reasonable and complete.
- Prepare a monthly report using the information provided by CG Promoters.
- Maintain a filing system in the project office so copies of CG Promoter Reports are easily accessible.

- Will ensure that the families of malnourished children receive

Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Location: Maiduguri
Purpose
- Coordinates M&E and CPIMS activities of the Field Offices of
Plan International Nigeria’s Emergency response programmes in the
Northeast of Nigeria in line with International best practices and
relevant guidelines.
- The post holder will support the establishment of a systematic
- Monitoring and evaluation system. The role requires strong
facilitation and organisational skills along with the ability to analyse
and communicate complex information to all staff, partners and other
stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of program M&E
plans to capture project performance and results, including data
reporting, assessments, and all monitoring and evaluation activities
- Support the development and data flow pattern for program that will ensure timely data collection and reporting
- Support to ensure that M&E-specific elements of local partner capacity strengthening plans are successfully implemented
- Report results of M&E activities by providing written
documentation about progress toward achieving indicators/targets, as

- 5 years of work experience in monitoring and evaluating large

component.
- Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies,
research, reporting, data quality assessments, data analysis and
presentation.
- Demonstrated strong management, coordination, teamwork and
planning skills with proven ability to function effectively with
multiple counterparts in private, public and NGO sectors.
- Strong understanding of M&E, policy and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
including excellent facilitation skills and demonstrated technical
writing skills for publication.

Job Title: Education in Emergency Officer
Location: Maiduguri
Department: Program
Reports to: Field Coordinator with Technical line to Education and Livelihood Specialist
Duration: 6 Months
Purpose
- Supports the coordination of the pilot mobile Education in
Emergency (EIE) project, document lessons learnt, support assessments
and monitoring and evaluation of the Education in Emergencies components
of Plan International's emergency response.
- The post holder will also contribute towards the capacity building of Plan Internationals implementing partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of mobile EiE project
- Support the EIE Specialist in designing the plan for the mobile units
- With support from Community Engagement Officer mobilize and sensitize community on the new project
- Support in documenting lessons learnt and best practices of the pilot project
- With support from M&E team design a Monitoring plan and
simple data collection tools to ensure monitoring and data collection of
key project indicators.
- Support assessment of Education sector in North East
- Review, assess and update the education situation in areas affected by emergency
- Highlight education issues requiring a response – both immediate
(less than 2 months) and medium term and make recommendations on
specific PLAN actions required. Ensure core commitments to children are
taken into consideration.
- Ensure key data from assessments could be used as a baseline for
program evaluation. If additional baseline data is required to evaluate
children’s learning outcomes, then work with appropriate colleagues to
collect this additional information.
- In collaboration with national and international Education
actors, map current institutional response capacities – including
conducting an education specific 3Ws.
- Support in designing appropriate education interventions based
on the outcomes of assessments and the context. Inclusion of quality
issues in education and learning outcomes is really important.
- Ensure that issues of early childhood, gender, protection, DRR, and conflict sensitivity are factored into the program design.
- Ensure Plan international guidelines, UN education cluster
standards and INEE Minimum Standards, are considered and any departures
documented.
- Provide regular updates to Education and Livelihoods Specialist,
Humanitarian Program Manager, humanitarian unit and the rest of the CO
on progress, priorities and constraints verbally and in writing on an
agreed frequency.
- Represent Plan International to clusters, governmental and non-governmental groups as needed and agreed with the Team Leader.

and Psychosocial Support in Humanitarian Action in Borno state North
East Nigeria.

building of Plan Internationals implementing partners and community
volunteers
Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure children harmed or at risk of being harmed are
identified and receive individual case management support by ensuring
the use of the standardized case management tool, Case Management
principles are adhered to by Case Management team members.
- Ensure that solid case management, referral and information
management systems are in place for appropriate identification,
responses and follow-up for children harmed or at risk of being harmed
- Ensure regular communication with CPiE Specialist to integrate
appropriate child protection in emergencies priorities in program design
- Ensure regular Plan case review meetings and conferences are
conducted to reflect on progress and to accommodate the lessons learned

Job Title: Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) Officer
Location: Maiduguri

Reports to: Nutrition Coordinator

Purpose
- To provide technical support and coordinate tasks at field based
emergency nutrition response planning, implementation, monitoring and
evaluation of the project, responsible for the overall implementation of
CMAM in collaboration with other nutrition and SMOH staff and
integration with other programs.
- S/He will facilitate good practice and ensure compliance to applicable implementation of national CMAM guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and organize OTP at designated OTP sites in liaison with SMoH staff and nutrition coordinator.
- Work closely care group promoter supervisors, care group
promoters and lead mothers to ensure all aspects of the program are
understood and agreed and appropriate referrals take place to and from
the community to OTP sites.
- Work closely with other partners implementing SC for proper referral and monitoring of beneficiaries at SC level
- Take lead on the CMAM services at fixed and mobile outreach OTP sites
- Work closely with the teams to ensure all children are screened correctly.
- Ensure all criteria are respected and understood by the teams,
including admission, discharge and transfer to and from the OTP/SC.
- Ensure comprehensive health checks and correct clinical
diagnosis at the time of assessment according to the CMAM protocols so
that the patient receives appropriate treatment in the relevant program.
- Ensure all children in OTP are immunized according to the national protocols.
- Ensure timely identification of complications, non-responders, and referrals to the SC.
- Ensure correctness, consistence and completeness of the information in the nutrition registers.
- Ensure adequate availability of all medical and food supplies
and ensure stock is pre positioned as planned by discussing with
logistics
- Through liaison with the community volunteers provide effective
follow up of all cases: particularly tracing of children who are absent
from the program, sick children, long stay children, children not
gaining weight, and children with social problems... etc.
- Provide key health and education messages to beneficiaries based the protocol and guidelines
- Respond to inquiries regarding the technical aspects of the program admission and discharge whenever necessary at the OTP sites.
- Follow-up and ensure the field team interacts with the beneficiaries properly
- Provide a daily and weekly CMAM report to the nutrition coordinator.

Job Title: Data Management Officer

- Responsible for data management of the Child Protection Information Management System (CPIMS).
- He/ She Communicates within Plan International Nigeria, partners and related government institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt and accurate entry of all case management forms,
including clear procedures for form submission, data quality checks,
filing and sharing (i.e. data flow).
- File and store hard copy files in lockable file cabinets and input transfer information into the database
- Extract individual case information from the database for
caseworkers to facilitate managing their caseload and undertaking case
management activities
- Ensure regular analysis of the caseload to support reporting and caseload needs/trends
- Ensure regular communication with the other Data Management team members for updates on achievements and challenges

Job Title: Community Engagement Officer

Purpose
- To coordinate and lead community engagement and mobilization
activities for the response programmes in line with International
minimum standards in Northeast Adamawa and Southern Borno states.
- The post holder will coordinate psychosocial support and
community based protection programming interfacing with other programme
team members. The post holder will also contribute towards the capacity
building of Plan Internationals implementing partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the strengthening of child protection community-based
systems inclusive of developing trainings, supervision/coaching tools,
monitoring and tracking tools and improve referral systems;
- Provide support in the development of alternative care systems
in accordance with international policies and national procedures/norms;
- Conduct and supervise training with men and boys, women and
girls on social norms change and CP prevention and response using agreed
methodology;
- Support the establishment and strengthening of self-help groups
for informal foster carers, male and female youth, GBV survivors and
women’s groups to work on CP and GBV issues;
- Support community advocates and children to develop
participatory media and other IEC materials to use in the community to
raise awareness;
- Conduct training and follow-up with teachers, government and partner staff and other stakeholders in community based protection
- Design and facilitate community mobilization/sensitization
campaigns in collaboration with Community Engagement Workers, Community
Based Protection Mechanisms, and children/adolescents

Purpose
- Implement the Nutrition intervention such as CMAM, SAM and IYCF
activities implemented in Southern Borno. Communicates within Plan
International Nigeria and with partners and related government
institutions.
- The post holder will also contribute towards the capacity building of Plan Internationals implementing partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day to day management of Nutrition
activities (Infant and Young Child Feeding, SAM treatment, establishment
and supervision of stabilization center) for Plan International in
Adamawa and Southern Borno
- Working closely with the Community Engagement Officer and other
project team help in the identification and recruitment of community
mobilisers and/or project volunteers (care group leaders)
- Monitor and provide support to community level activities such as Care group and Lead
- Mothers for the success of the intervention
- Provide technical support to Plan staff staff, MoH and other
humanitarian actors as necessary to promote consistent good practice
- With technical support from Nutrition in Emergency Specialist
conduct trainings to build the capacity of staff/volunteers, MoH staff
and the community at large
- Ensure appropriate and consistent education messaging to mothers and other carers at Child Friendly Spaces and in the community
- Ensure project implementation to ensure timely delivery of
project activities (for example, monitoring against log frames,
individual performance management work plans).
- Facilitate the development and scheduling of volunteer outreach activities
- With the Breastfeeding Counsellors and Child Protection staff,
develop monthly work plans for the Child Friendly Spaces and mobile
units
- Facilitate cross sectoral programming, particularly to promote
excellent communication and referral between IYCF CP and emergency
relief programming
- Under the guidance of the Field Coordinator, undertake local
level advocacy targeting other humanitarian actors, local authorities,
ministries and the military as appropriate, on assessment and
appropriate response to support infant and young child feeding
- At field sites, liaise with other humanitarian actors, local
authorities, ministries and the military as appropriate, to maximize
collaboration and ensure proper coordination of activities.
- With support from the Monitoring & Evaluation team support
the M & E plan implementation within the Nutrition projects,
ensuring this links to reporting requirements.
- Work closely with partners and their staff to ensure project
activities are implemented in time and within the stipulated quality.
- To ensure that the minimum standards of humanitarian relief are
maintained in accordance with the Sphere Charter and Red Cross Code of
Conduct.
Qualifications and Experience
- BA or equivalent in Nursing, Nutrition, Biology, Social Science,
Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related degree desired
- At least 3 years’ experience in implementing Infant and Young Child Feeding programs
- At least 2 years direct experience providing services to
children at risk and victims of abuse, exploitation and violence,
providing gender-sensitive and child-friendly counseling services,
and/or developing/implementing referral pathways for nutrition services
- Previous experience supervising and managing a team in a cross-cultural setting
- Demonstrated experience in capacity building and mentoring of staff
- Previous experience in emergency preparedness and response
- Experience in grant management and proposal writing preferred

Job Title: Nutrition Coordinator
Location: Maiduguri

Reports to: Field Coordinator with Technical line to Nutrition Specialist
Duration: 10 Months
Purpose
- Provide technical support and overall coordination to field
based emergency response and recovery team in area of designing,
planning, implementation, financial control, monitoring and evaluation
of emergency nutrition related responses.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance in implementation of effective nutrition projects.
- Planning and implementation of Nutrition Response project
activities and set high quality performance targets ensuring adherence
to national policy, strategy and technical standards, best practices and
donor and internal guidelines.
- Regular participation in nutrition and related forums and
nutrition coordination meetings and other nutrition related national
platforms/networks and ensuring effective information sharing and flow
within PIN.
- To enhance understanding regarding standards and accountability in nutrition in emergencies.
- To ensure effective communication and information sharing on emergency nutrition programming.
- Actively participate in soliciting/unsolicited fund for emergency nutrition projects.
- Ensure development of core skills and competencies in nutrition among PIN staff in the field Office.
- Coordinate and lead nutrition response projects during planning,
budget preparation, implementation, M&E and timely reporting
ensuring quality and standards through enhanced partnership with
government and non-government partners and also civic organizations
including CBOs as appropriate.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the design and undertaking of
rapid assessments and standard nutrition surveys and subsequently in
the design of nutrition responses in affected areas.
- Provide direct hands-on technical support to Nutrition
officer/CMAM officer and PIN partners to effectively and innovatively
manage nutrition projects with focus on key technical areas including
CMAM and IYCF.
- Ensure that emergency nutrition and related projects are
technically sound, environmentally friendly, socially and cultural
acceptable.
- Participate in leadership and coordination in the design of
nutrition response plans and strategies and also in the development of
proposals for submission to donors to raise funds.
- Ensure effective partnership, networking and
coordination/collaboration with government, NGOs, UN agencies and other
international partners in the design and implementation of emergency
nutrition projects.
- Ensure documentation of good practices in emergency nutrition
and effective communication of lessons within and outside PIN with the
aim to enhance learning to improve future planning and programming.
- Ensure the design, implementation and impact assessment of
nutrition responses are fully nin compliance with SPHERE & other
international standards, national guidelines and policies and also in
line with humanitarian accountability principles, values and code of
conduct.
- Ensuring mainstreaming of cross cutting issues mainly gender, DRR, HIV&AIDS and disability in responses.
- Review and submit weekly/monthly CMAM/IYCF and other nutrition
related progress reports and other relevant data for stakeholders
including nutrition in emergency working group, ministry of health and
others.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master degree in public Nutrition, Public Health or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years field experience in coordination positions, with an NGO, on preventing malnutrition programmes.
- At least 1 years direct experience providing services to
children at risk and victims of abuse, exploitation and violence,
providing gender-sensitive and child-friendly counseling services,
and/or developing/implementing referral pathways for nutrition services.
- Extensive experience in Community-based Management of Acute
Malnutrition (CMAM) and a proven experience in nutrition programs
designing.
- Experiences of working in partnerships and advocate for
improvements in the Nutrition Sector, as well as writing proposals,
leadership, budget management and developing coherent and contextualized
Nutrition Strategies.
- Travel extensively to lead and supervise programme activities.

Job Title: Project Manager

Reports to: Humanitarian Program Manager with Technical line to Nutrition Specialist
Duration: 10 Months
Purpose
- To provide overall co-ordination and management of the nutrition
& Child Protection Project funded by SHO in line with International
best practices and relevant guidelines.
- The post holder is expected to have strong Emergency nutrition and child protection programming.
- The post holder is responsible for ensuring that the nutrition
and child protection programs in the state are implemented in line with
the ministry’s guidelines and international humanitarian standards and
donor guidelines.
- He/ She will interface and support programme team members, programme coordination and policy engagement.
- The role requires strong facilitation and organisational skills
along with the ability to analyse and communicate complex information to
all stakeholders.
- Additionally, the project manager will work closely with the
humanitarian program manager, M & E manager, nutrition Specialist
and child protection in emergency specialist to provide input into
proposal development as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and technical support to the implementing project team, in all phases of the project cycle
- Develop an activity implementation plan, and procurement plan with the project team
- Lead/organize regular monitor visits and if required project action plans revisions and modifications
- Provide direct hands-on technical and managerial support to
Nutrition coordinator, child protection officer and PIN partners to
effectively and innovatively manage nutrition and child protection
projects with focus on key technical areas including CMAM, IYCF as well

Qualifications and Experience
- Master's Degree in Public Nutrition, Public Health or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years field experience in coordination position with an NGO on nutrition and child protection programmes.
- At least 1 years direct experience providing services to
children at risk and victims of abuse, exploitation and violence,
providing gender-sensitive and child-friendly counseling services,
and/or developing/implementing referral pathways for nutrition services
- At least 3 years’ experience in Child Protection and as well
nutrition programming, experience in eg CPIE Minimum standards, Core
Humanitarian Standards, SPHERE and other relevant international Child
Protection and nutrition in Emergency (CPIE) programming will be an
added experience
- Demonstrated strong management, coordination, teamwork and
planning skills with proven ability to function effectively with
multiple counterparts in private, public and NGO sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
including excellent facilitation skills and demonstrated technical
writing skills for publication.
- Knowledge and skills: General knowledge and understanding of

Job Title: IT Coordinator

Purpose
- To manage the Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
environment and services within the country, lead on implementing ICT
policy and plans in country.
- Ensure ICT infrastructure complies with corporate standards and
ensure security and access control for data and network devices. The
post holder will lead on capacity building for staff in country.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of the country IT strategy
- Availability and reliability of the ICT infrastructure, applications and connectivity
- Maintain agreed levels of service provision and service levels
- Provide ICT support to delivering program outputs
- Provide ICT expertise on ICT
- Lead the provision of technical support for corporate applications, including installation and upgrades
- Co-ordinate closely with Regional and local service units to ensure proper implementation of equipment/systems
- Manage ICT risks
- Participate in system/project testing, rollout and certification
- Lead the provision of technical solutions and systems to meet local requirements
- Ensure data and systems protection according to Plan’s standards and requirements

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in a Computer Studies discipline and Master degree would be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the field of ICT, preferably with management responsibilities
- Experience of implementing and supporting LAN, WAN, VSAT,
Windows Server Infrastructure, SQL Server, Exchange server/Office 365,
Cisco Infrastructure, VSAT and emergencies telecommunications equipment
(BGANs, Radio, Sat phones,)
- Good knowledge on Windows Server 2008/2012 including Active Directory
- Experience in managing and implementing information systems and supporting technologies
- Training in management and/or project management an advantage

Job Title: Child Protection and Sexual Gender Based Violence (CP/SGBV) Officer
Location: Maiduguri

Purpose
- To coordinate and manage the CP and SGBV activities in line with International minimum standards in Borno state.
- The post holder will manage the CP and SGBV activities interfacing with other programme team members.
- The post holder will also contribute towards the capacity building of Plan Internationals implementing partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure children harmed or at risk of being harmed are
identified and receive individual case management support by ensuring
standard tools and procedures are in place and adhered to by case
management team members.
- To manage, provide training and technical support to, and build the capacity of the full case management team.
- To coordinate with other child protection agencies on case management.
- Provide technical and management leadership to the Case
Management program in accordance with best practice and Plan policies,
including its child-centered community-based approach.
- Ensure that solid case management, referral and information
management systems are in place for appropriate identification,
responses and follow-up for children harmed or at risk of being harmed
- Ensure the [Child Protection Database] is set up, regularly
updated, analysed for trends in the caseload, and efficiently and
confidentially managed in collaboration with the Data
- Manager [and relevant partner organizations (e.g. UNHCR, Save the Children and UNICEF)].
- Provide support to Family Tracing and Reunification activities in collaboration with implementing agencies
- Collaborate with other project staff to ensure referrals to
other services such as psychosocial support and education/livelihoods
