JOB TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION: Lagos



QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualification HND
Required Experience Entry LevelPassion for social media.
Passion for fashion and lifestyle
Perfect skills in written English
Knowledge of techniques in mass communication / journalism (research a story, present a story etc)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering calls and handling queries.
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems, typing documents
Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
Managing projects.
Writing minutes, taking dictation.
Planning, organizing and managing events, booking meetings.
Managing a budget.
Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.
Preparing presentations
