  • Provides key business information and analysis to business to enable expense, headcount and volumetric targets to be achieved and maintained.
  • Monitors general ledger entries and processing streams to ensure the reliability of general ledger information
  • Prepares and analyzes financial performance reports.
  • Collaborates with department leaders in the development of capital, expense and personnel plans for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Provides expertise on how to use financial data, the application of accounting guidelines, standards, procedures and policies.
  • Ensures accounting practices are applied to analysis in an ethical and effective manner.
  • Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
  • Prepare SHE Department’s Cost Above Field (CAF) report and provides commentaries for variance(s)
  • Prepare Statistical Key Figures (SKF) for SHE Department’s Cost Allocations
  • Populate OPEX company plan input and presentation template with budget information gathered from different units in SHE and provide commentaries for variance(s)
  • Prepare Transaction Listing and provides support documents for NAPIMS performance
  • Prepare SHE department Cash Calls estimates with information gathered from different units
  • Liaise with vendors on invoices and invoices related issues.
  • Prepare Accruals upload template for services received but not yet paid for
  • Process Hotel Bills & Other Financial Information (FI) Invoices
Job Requirements
  • GAAP, analytical skills, accounting experience, MS Excel, financial systems
  • 3 - 5 years experience

  • Provides analytical support in order to deliver financial results.
  • Works with internal workers and external vendors to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Prepares cost reports including forecasts/outlooks.
  • Assists with allocation of funds for projects based on approved budgets and monitors project accounting.
  • Validate invoices, expenditures and change requests impacting budgets.
  • Identifies and implements improvements to cost management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Works with minimal work direction and is highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
  • Financial Analyst on Expert level has extensive experience in the field and can potentially supervise others or give trainings.

  • Assistance to all activities performed by the senior surveyors.
  • Participates in the Call for Tender process, technical evaluations and selection of survey contractors
  • Provide assistance to organize, supervise and QC all DW survey & positioning activities, including rig moves, well-set, metrology, inspection, and construction. QC of all drawings produced and received by DW Survey
  • Provide general advice / assistance for all positioning maters within the Deepwater division.
CAD:
  • Regular update and management of charts and databases for exploration, development and production installations
GIS:
  • Maintain GIS database for the DW district, in relation with JV GIS coordinator.
  • Interface with other GIS managers - (Projects + GIStools) in affiliate + HQ + other affiliates.
Job Requirements
  • Educated to a degree level in Surveying & Geomatics or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience combining: Offshore Survey, CAD & GIS producing, data management.
  • Knowledge of: GIS Software, AutoCAD / Micro Station, Microsoft Office suite, Geodesy & Map Projections.
  • Ability to interface with survey contractors, from different cultures.
  • Good technical and working knowledge of CAD, GIS, Geodesy & Map Projection, survey equipment and techniques for surface and deep water positioning.
  • Minimal knowledge of the offshore industry
