VACANCY FOR NATIONAL SALES MANAGER IN AN FMCG COMPANY

JOB TITLE: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
-          Report to the MD
-          Formulate sales strategies and monitoring compliance
-          Formulate sales policies, procedures and guidance
-          Prepare of company’s sales budget and closely monitoring implementation
-          Formulate policies and enforce adherence to company merchandising activities in consonance with the dynamic of market mix
-          Coordinate and supervise the activities of regional sales managers
-          Design and implement sales promotional activities in consonance with corporate objectives

REQUIREMENTS
-          BSC in marketing, business administration or any social sciences
-          team player with analytical mind
-          at least 5 years experience in FMCG
-          MBA with proven track record is a plus
-          must be creative, performance driven and result oriented
