Job Title: Head, Research and Development (R&D)
Location: Head Office, Abuja
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for new product development.
- Conduct research into new businesses and evaluate their potentials.
- Stays aware of market development in the industry and the general economy as a whole.
- Advises company clients, including direct involvement in product presentations to clients and other stakeholders.
- Proactively suggest process optimization and develop other products for the company.
- Maintain strict control of the company’s intellectual property.
- Tracks global trends in Media and propose seamless integration of these in the Nigerian Media Scenario.
- Updates the stakeholders on latest development in the Print/Media Industry and Technology related to this industry.
Requirements
- A postgraduate/graduate of Operations Research. Production Management or relevant discipline with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper.
- Seven 7-10 years relevant working experience in Research and Development.
- Experience in the media industry will be an added advantage.
- Computer Literacy in office productivity tools and database software.
- Deep understanding of Research Methodology and Execution.

Job Title: Head, Brand Marketing
Location: Abuja
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
- Developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and
activities for effective brand positioning in the market. These
initiatives and activities include campaigns (print web social media
broadcast etc) events, corporate responsibility programmes and
sponsorships.
- Managing and developing the brand and driving market growth.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and creative ways to grow the business
- Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and
identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer
needs and spending habits
- Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to- market strategies
- Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
- Work closely with departments such as Editorial, Advert, Special
Project sales and R&D to consult on package and product as it
relates to branding.

Qualification and Experience
- A degree in Marketing, Management or any relevant discipline
with a good Master's degree particularly an MBA from reputable
University;
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ cognate experience with at least 5 years
at Senior Management level in the print media, agencies or experience in
consulting,
- Membership of Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON).
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Location: Abuja
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize conferences and events in relationships with other organizations
- Manage and control events and budgets
- Develop event strategies to reflect sales and marketing goals
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills as well as strong analytical ability
- Ability to lead others and develop strong teams and relations
across the organization (Sales, Marketing, Functional Partners) to
achieve event plan objectives
- Ability to effectively translate company objectives into creative event platforms

Job Title: Property Advert Executive
Location: Abuja
Qualification and Experience
- A Degree or HND holder in Business Administration or related
Social Sciences discipline. A Master’s degree or an MBA will be an added
advantage;
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in related duties with any media organization.
- Membership of Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Good understanding and knowledge of the terrain
- Computer literate on Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
