We are a leading material handling company whose clients include blue chip companies across Nigeria. Due to expansion of our operation in the NORTH, EAST & WEST we have the following immediate vacancies:
PLANT WORKSHOP MANAGERS (PWM)
A middle management position, the successful candidates will report to the Regional Operations Manager. The PWM will have the responsibility of ensuring smooth operation at the plant on a day-to-day basis

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance of all equipments at the plan according to company policies
Generate timely daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain record of equipment repair and maintenance.
Enforce compliance with both Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Health Safety Security Environment & Quality (HSSEQ) policies and procedures
Coordinate day-to-day activities of Operational and Technical personnel and ensure strict compliance with standard Operating Procedure

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Minimum HND Mechanical Engineering
Not less than 3 years experience with bias in maintenance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated resilience
Knowledge of MS Office

REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER (ROM)
This is a senior management position and successful candidates will report to the General Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Responsible for implementing preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for all equipments within his/her region.
Implement and supervise all Service Level Agreements.
Advise management on general cost effective operation
Generate accurate, useful and timely reports for all locations under his/her region to assist management in making business decisions
Forecast quarterly servicing parts requirements and ensure there are no stock outs.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Not less than 5 years practical experience. Fleet management familiarity preferable
Experience in earth moving vehicles
Must be able to drive with valid driver’s licence
Knowledge of MS Office
Excellent technical and operational data interpretation skill
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated resilience
