Since commencing operations in March 1997 the company continues to grow and exerts its presence in numerous Projects in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.

Job Title: Logistics / Administrative Support Officer

Description

  • Coordinate day to day logistics management (Flights/Road transport / Driver supervision etc.) for all external regulators and Company personnel.
  • Planning and coordination support for all Company team bonding events & activities.
  • Provide support in the day to day running of the office  catering requirements for Regulators, interface with EPC Contractor for office stationaries & miscellaneous / office equipment maintenance/servicing, Mail management, office access, COVID protocol compliance and office information management.
  • Periodic audit of all accommodation & logistics services towards continuous improvement.
  • Coordination of COVID protocol requirements for the Company team & its hosted stakeholders.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the LOC team lead.

Dimensions:

  • Interface management with internal team and external stakeholders.
  • Interface with Contractors’ Admin, Medical, IT & Security teams to ensure safe office operations.
  • Direct supervision of the LOC logistics personnel and EPC Contractor assigned admin personnel.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree or its equivalent in Social / Management/ Physical Sciences or Engineering.
  • Contractor Safety Management and Contract experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work across international/cultural boundaries.
  • Strong team player with good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years Post Graduation Experience out of which minimum of 2 years should be in project support services within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong Administrative Planning & coordination skills.

Additional Information:

  • Good understanding of Lagos metropolitan city environs.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbally. Other languages welcomed.
