  • The Lead Asset Coordinator, Well Interventions will have the responsibility of the execution of the asset maintenance tasks assigned as part of a team or individually. Capable of defining the maintenance requirements from track/history of the asset and ensuring that spares are available for each maintenance regime.

As a Lead Asset Coordinator, Well Interventions, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the maintenance requirements for well intervention equipment.
  • Keeping a log of all issues and lessons learned during maintenance operation.
  • Ensuring that asset history is tracked accordingly.
  • Advising the operations manager and service delivery manager on any issues that will affect the optime of the asset.
  • Supporting in providing information that will lead to creating purchase order requisition.
  • Ensuring that all equipment involved within the intervention fleet are in within cert.
  • Collating and managing hours spent on each work package ops line and maintain a register of actual hours consumed on each scope/equipment.
  • Highlighting project specific tooling needs for the stack and manages development of new tooling to facilitate manufacturing requirements.
  • Supporting with information required for spares inventory of the intervention fleet.
  • Working closely with shop operations and service delivery team to ensure that work packages are correctly created for activities on the well intervention equipment, executed and documented within the company’s archive for future reference.

Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's or Master's level Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 3 years in a technical operations range of Subsea products.
  • Ability to read and interpreted Engineering drawings, Schematics and BOM.
  • At least 5 years’ experience within the subsea industry: -preferably Interventions, Intervention systems, BOP, others.
  • Knowledge of LWIS, riser intervention and offshore operations is an added advantage.
  • Experienced with typical electronic document management systems: ORACLE or other SAP tools.
