• Source for and handle seminars and clinical presentations where necessary in the region
• Ensure his/her territory with adequate shelf presence of the company’s products
• Drive the development of new businesses and relationships
• Ensure sales target and collections for the area under his/her coverage is met.
• Planning, coordinating and assuming full responsibility for the Actualization of the total sales objectives of the region.
• Ensure the profitability and growth of the company’s products in the region.
• Carry out periodic appraisal of subordinates and business activities, monthly and quarterly.
• Drive the development of new businesses and relationships.

• Candidates must have at least two years’ experience in product detailing, development and sales preferably in the medical and ophthalmic line
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• B.Sc or HND in relevant field.
• Candidate must be goal oriented and a good team player with excellent business management skills. Must have ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
