Job Title: Sales Representatives
Location: Nassarawa, Ibadan, Lagos, Kaduna, Abuja
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individual sales and marketing strategies in assigned territory.
- Review market analysis to determine customers needs, volume potential, and territorial expansion
- Establish the company's brands in health institutions in your territory
- Develop sales campaigns to accommodate company goals.
- Plan, coordinate and conducted product presentations to support sales goals; organize clinical seminars/meetings
- Maintain, update and develop account records.

- Reaching (and if possible exceeding) monthly sales target
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products;
Requirements- A minimum of BSc degree or any Human Science related course.
- Ability to build and maintain long relationship with customers and clients.
- Ability to write reports when it comes to reporting of quantity of sales and figures
- Candidate must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's licence.
- A good knowledge of the territory applied for is an added advantage.
- Minimum of one year experience in sales of pharmaceutical products
- Sales experience in pharmaceutical ethical products will be an added advantage
- Ability to conduct clinical presentations
- Must be disciplined and display initiative, drive and determination
- Must have good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Job Title: Regional Sales Managers
Location: Abuja, Lagos
Responsibilities- Establishes performance goals for all sales employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
- Prepare sales and market forecast.
- Development of strategies and action plans to deal with the competitive environment.
- Continuously monitor and ensure reporting of competitive activities in the field.
- Regularly review, monitoring of representatives expenses and targets to positively impact on the company's operations.
- Ensure compliance with all company's procedures, processes and policies by the sales team.
- Establish and maintain new contracts with government institutions corporate/distributors in your region
- Ensures the achievement of overall sales quota by the sales team in your region.
- Keep proper and accurate information of customer/ salesmen and ensure compliance with the company's credit policy at all times.
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will have full responsibility for achieving the sales objectives of the company.
- You will obtain profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- You will develop a business plan covering sales, expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization s presence in the pharmaceutical market.
- Monitor and develop action plans to correct underperformance.
Requirements- A minimum of BSc degree. However, B.Pharm Degree and/or other professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision.
- A valid Drivers' License with driving experience
