Job Title: Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade

Job Summary
- Markets, promotes and sells company’s product in assigned territory and supervises all sales and marketing activities.
Job Description
- Markets and sell company products in territory.
- Achieve sales, collection, promotional and distribution targets.
- Promotion, detailing and supervising all marketing and distribution/supply chain targets.
- Ensure that all customers are visited as per route plans (with a 4-6 weeks cycle plan) and that orders have been booked accordingly.
- Responsible for attending to all customer problems/issues without delay.
- To frequently go on route supervision with sales team to observe learn/teach/train/coach on site and establish customer relations and develop secondary sales.
- Responsible for ensuring that all payments/collections are done on time. Where there are issues, you are responsible for checking payments status for customers, liaising with accounts, attending to all outstanding payment issues and taking the necessary corrective actions without delay.
- Ensuring that merchandising standards or targets are achieved.
- Weekly/monthly report submission stock and expiry reports on all distributors.
Qualification
- B.Sc in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related qualification.
- 3 years plus of Sales experience in FMCG/Beverages Industry.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of English and computer skills (Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, PowerPoint etc).
- High level of service orientation, result focus, cooperation, impactful, and capability of convincing others.
- Highly developed ability of analytical, planning, organizing, problem solving, influencing, and networking techniques.
- Highly developed ability of marketing, communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to win trust and respect of others.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Have a valid driving license with driving experience of 2-3 years.
Job Title: Sales Supervisor - Modern Trade
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Achieve sales target including volume, value and any other quantitative target set by management (sales, collection and product targets).
- Monitor Customers’ stocks level regularly and ensure its compliance with company’s stock coverage policy.
- Stock management by supervising and control of request, transfers, return, stock taking and reconciliation.
- Provide monthly stock reports and expiry details.
- Monitor the placement of Point of Purchase (P.O.P) at outlets as per the management’s instructions.
- Continuously review competitive activities at the marketplace, the daily sales routes and updating them upon prospecting any new customers.
- Report of daily, weekly and monthly sales routes and collections.
- Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of products.
- Customer service management by developing relationship with key customers.
- Managing all promotional activities by planning, budgeting, co-coordinating, implementing, evaluating and ensuring feedback.
- Debt management by ensuring collection within credit period and debtor ledgers reconciled with aging.
Qualification
- B.Sc in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or such related qualification.
