We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Reports To: Managing Director
Primary Objective
- Provide high secretarial and administrative assistant to the Managing Director
- Undertake research for specific information using electronic resources and/or networking relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the Managing Director.
- Maintain, manage and update accurate records using the electronic diary, mail and computer databases.
- Ensure requests for advice or correspondence are provided in a professional and timely manner.
- Organise appointments, meetings and conferences which may include collating meetings papers, coordinating venues and arranging travel itineraries.
- Briefing the Managing Director on the agenda before every meeting.
- Secretariat function for business unit committees /management meetings including compiling agendas and minute taking.
- Carry out duties in accordance with principles, corporate values and strategies.
Relevant Skills, Qualification, Attributes & Experience
- Must have at least B.SC from a reputable institution.
- Must be within the age of 21-27
- Initiative, discretion and judgement of a high order with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Pleasant, tactful and approachable personality.
- Self-motivated, reliable and willing to work flexible hours.
- Strong time management and effective organisational skills, with the ability to think laterally, work under Pressure and achieve work deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to interact effectively with People of diverse cultures.
- Knowledge and broad understanding of office protocols in a corporate business work environment.
- Demonstrated high level computer literacy skills, word processing packages and various computer applications.
Job Title: Enterprise Risk Management Officer
Location: Lagos
Reports To: Managing Director
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the bank’s risk identification and assessment lies on sound and reliable frameworks and systems.
- Developing and overseeing adherence to methodologies, guidance and standards applicable to risk identification and assessment frameworks.
- Coordinating and managing risk assessment campaign.
- Developing and implementing methodologies and frameworks to identify and assess certain types of risks.
- Interact with businesses and risk officers on risk assessment tasks; provide support and guidance as necessary.
- Track the execution of risk assessment campaigns, identify and escalate issues.
- Assist in developing links between Risk Id and Assessment program and other components of the ERM framework.
Relevant Skills, Qualification, Attributes & Experience
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Efficiency and ability to achieve results under tight deadlines and high pressure.
- 5+ years in the banking industry, with sufficient experience in risk management.
- Extensive knowledge of the corporate and investment banking (products, markets, processes).
- Knowledge to various types of risks (credit, operational, market, liquidity)
- A comparable experience in an Enterprise Risk.

Job Title: Strategy Officer
Location: Lagos
Report to: Managing Director
Primary Objective
- Strategy Officer will continually evaluate, present, manage, and execute strategic initiatives and market opportunities that best support the company’s short-term and long-term strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop corporate strategy and support the executive management through the strategic planning process.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of cooperate financial inclusion strategy.
- To work collaboratively with the external and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the bank’s strategy.
- Develop performance management framework for the retail business group.
- Focus on building emerging business strategy with a 3-5 year perspective
- Access the impact on the various IT solution on the business.
- Develop relationships with strategic partners in line with the banks overall goals.
- Develop and Implement sales strategies.
- Understands financial modelling.
- Carry out routine market analysis and survey.
- Develop new products and initiatives in line with the banks strategic plan
- Plan sales campaign to drive revenue and increase product growth
- Work closely with the business development team sharing knowledge, discussing ideas and helping the team to achieve target.
- Drives and implement the bank’s strategic plan
- Improve capacity to identify and seize opportunity inherent in future event.
- Consider risk in formulating strategy
Relevant Skills, Qualification, Attributes & Experience
- Must have at least B.SC from a reputable institution.
- Must have experience in micro finance
- Must be within the age of 26-30
- Ability to solve complex business problems
- Must be pragmatic, analytical and tactically persuasive
- Initiative, discretion and judgement of a high order with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
