Job Title: Senior Technical Business Development Manager – Ref No BDM/001
Vacancy Duties/Skills:
Maintaining strong client business relationship and implementing commercially astute and strategic solution for our clients.
 Involve in the preparation of new business development road-up for the technology business unit
 Establish new business of products and services with our technology business unit and be responsible for ensuring that all our technology business development and sales revenue targets set by the Board are met.
 Must be a strong Senior Level Commercial exposure and be able to prepare high quality responses to complex RFP’s under tight-timelines.
 Must have a good understanding of technology and engineering driven products & services also with the ability to apply technology solutions to real time client problems.
 Provide a proven track record of working as a Technical Business Development in a reputable organization.
 Must have a experience in business development within technology and infrastructure business sector.
 Education:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering
MBA preferably in Marketing.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Civil Works – Ref No SPM/001Vacancy Duties/Skills:
Plan and manage end to end projects delivery and resource allocations
Plan, manage track and report on construction budget throughout project life cycle.
Manage and supervise all project sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and ensure compliance to quality and safety standards.
Minimum of 15 years in the position of civil engineering project management with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience working on major water drainage and supply construction projects.
Practical experience in site/civil development, including building complex concrete structures.
Software proficiency, including AdlCPR, MS Office
Establish and ensure the necessary communication with all projects stakeholders
Be able to manage all projects issues, risks and dependencies.
Prepare and present project progress reports to both clients and senior management.
 Education:
Must possess B.Sc. Hons Civil Engineering  2:1, MSc. Structural Engineering an         advantage.
Must have a formal project management qualifications: PRINCE 2, APM, MSP and MPl

Job Title: Group Financial Controller – Ref No GFC/001
Vacancy Duties/Skills:
Responsible for ensuring that proper accounting records are maintained. Must be conversant with International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS).
Responsible for preparing all financial documents required to raise short term and long term project financing from international/local banks and infrastructure financing agencies.
Must be able to advice the Board of Director and Senior Management promptly on all finance and commercial matters.

 Plan and implement/manage Group CAPEX and OPEX budget and cash flow forecasts across all the operating companies.
 Responsible for managing and controlling the group finance department and reporting directly to the CEO.
 Liaise with External Auditors, Tax Authorities and other regulatory authorities.

 Experience in raising international project finance for infrastructure and PPP projects would be an advantage.
 Education:
2:1 Bachelor Degree in a related field
Must possess a professional qualification in ACA or ACCA with at least 10 years relevant             experience. MBA degree in Finance will be advantageous.
