Job Description
- Reporting to the CFO, this role involves providing leadership to
the Branch financial accounting, reporting and control activities and
to ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line best
practice.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- First Degree, B.Sc from a reputable institution with at least 7 years post education experience at branch supervisory level.
- Previous Branch Management Experience with a top flight Food
and/or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) preferably in Northern Nigeria.
- Considerable knowledge of food sanitation principles and methods of maintaining such standards.
- Good understanding of English Language with confident English
language fluency that confers strong (public) presentation and
communication skill.
- Ability to communicate in Hausa as well constitutes an advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, a good team player.
- Above average computer skills with proficiency with all MS packages.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project Manager & Access. Strong customer focus (internal and external).
- Demonstrated ability maintain and enhance relationships with customers, contractors and staff in order to achieve work goals.
- Demonstrated ability to explore innovative solutions to expand business.
- Strong Marketing, customer retention and customer acquisition skills.
Desirable
- Post Graduate Professional qualification MBA with a Marketing Bias.
- Successful track record within a fast moving retail environment ideally with food and confectionery production experience.
- Relevant Vocational/Technical Certification in Food Technology and QSR sector.
- Thorough knowledge of the materials and techniques used in the large scale baking of breads and pastries.

- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of English Language with confident English
language fluency that confers strong (public) presentation and
communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills; a good team player.
- Above average computer skills with proficiency with all MS
packages: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project Manager &
Access Accounting practices and policies.
- Principles and practices of Food, QSR and Manufacturing
accounting and Bookkeeping Technical and practical skills in financial
controlling.
- Strong customer focus (internal and external).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance relationships with
