Responsibilities
- We are looking for entrepreneurial, results-driven, and self-motivated sales representatives (Visioneers) to actively seek out and engage prospects and create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers
- You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for new customers to help them save money and improve the general quality of their lives, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing customers, actively seek new sales opportunities, solve customer issues, boost our customer experience and satisfaction levels, and top-line revenue growth.
Job Duties
As our Visioneer, your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from customers.
- Recommends new or changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Generates marketing content (images and videos) during field activities.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Has a growth mindset and updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Generates leads and identifies market potential by qualifying leads across different segments.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making tailored demo presentations; understanding customer requirements.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential leads; explaining product and service benefits; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Expands sales to existing customers by introducing new products and services
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Requirements
- NCE / OND or equivalent
- Experience as a sales representative in related field (0-2 years)
- Prioritizing, Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Openness to Feedback, and Growth Mindset
- Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
- Passion for Social work - a natural motivation to solve problems in society

- In the Bootcamp, we will:
- Train you on Marketing, Sales, and Social Entrepreneurship.
- Introduce our life-changing Products.
- Set a Sales Target.
- Give you a task to generate enough leads in your community to meet the Sales Target.
- Evaluate you based on your ability to solve problem smartly.
- Make the leads you generated your assigned job duties for your first month or quarter, if you get hired.
- Stage 4: Face to Face Interview
- Stage 5: Offer Letter and Company Onboarding of Selected Visioneer(s).
