Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Description
- Drive the design and implementation of an integrated HRM system with standard HR subsystems.
- Ensure that the company has adequate allocation of human and physical resources for effective operations.
- Set and monitor performance indicators of the company to ensure that service delivery meets company’s requirements
- Formulate policies on allocation of Admin resources for individuals and departments
- Institute Admin Expenditure controls to check fraudulent practices.
- Submit objective periodic reports on company activities to the
CEO and initiate or recommend remedial actions to correct any deviations
from plan.
- Ensure staffs are provided with effective and beneficial
training to upgrade their competence and develop a long career plans in
line with individual and corporate objectives.
- Recommend /Approve for implementation, a system of transfer, promotion, redeployment, staff welfare benefits and redeployment.

- Conduct periodic reviews of existing HRM and Admin policies,
practices and procedures in the organization vis a vis the computer
software industry to evaluate their effectiveness
- Conduct formal appraisal of staff performance and assessment of their Skills to determine their proficiency level.
Requirements
- First degree in Management sciences, Humanities or its equivalent
- Not less than 10years experience in Human Resources
- People Management
- 40 years and above.
- MBA will be an added advantage
- Relevant Professional body would be relevant.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- PC/Personal Productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Working Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Job Description
- Devise policies and procedures regarding areas such business
continuity planning, loss prevention and fraud prevention, and privacy.
- Oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company,
including information technology, human resources, communications,
legal, facilities management and other groups.
- Identify security initiatives and standards.
- Oversee network of vendors arid directors who secure company’s assets.
- Oversee safeguarding of intellectual property and computer systems.
- Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors.
- Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure security is maintained and updated.
- Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs.
- Implement video surveillance.
- Implement disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct audits to find holes in security platform.
- Develop risk management assessments.
- Create global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security.
- Prioritize security initiatives,
- Develop network access and monitoring policies.
- Maintain relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.
- Develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
- Investigate security breaches.
Requirements
- Candidates must be a retired officers of the Armed Forces,
Police, and Navy not below the rank of CAPTAIN in the army or its
equivalent in the Navy or Air Force.
- Academic qualification will be an advantage.
- Must be computer literate.
- The ideal candidates should not be less than 50 years with academic qualification.
