Responsibilities

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Requirements

Job Description
- We are looking for Fashion stylists to style clothes and outfits for photo shoots, advertisements and clients appearances on talk shows.
Responsibilities
- Picking clothing and accessories for editorial features and advertisements, concerts, music videos, films and TV shows,
- Working with designers, tailors, models, photographers, hair and makeup artists, retailers, members of the media, publicists, celebrities and public figures,
- Creating an image for celebrities,
- Attending fashion shows,
- Predicting and spotting fashion trends.
Requirements
- Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes and designer labels,
- Awareness of art, design and fashion history,
- Understanding of different face and body shapes,
- Knowledge of different body types and how to dress them in the most flattering way,
- Business skills such as marketing, networking and advertising,

Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Description
- We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks and ensure the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies,
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance,
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management,
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.),
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures,
- Create and update records and databases with personnel,financial and other data,
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary,
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned,
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Office Administration or relevant field is preferred,
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role,
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities,
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills,
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
