Job Title: Relationship Manager
Locations: Lagos, Ibadan & Port Harcourt
Job Description
- The relationship manager should have financial experience such as banking or investment and prior experience of building clientele base of Investment.
Duties of the Relationship Manager
- Prepare and write investment memoranda and investment recommendations
- Negotiate terms and conditions
- Represent/sponsor investments with members of the PEG as well as review investments with clients and prospects
- Analysis of company performance, market size and fit, management teams, financial statements, financial models, industry research, etc.
- Provides financial advice and services to private and corporate clients about a range of investment matters including buying and selling unit/investment trusts and shares/bonds.
- May specialize in a particular geographical market, industry or asset class
- Liaising with investment analysts and sales people
- Researching markets and applying findings from investment analysts
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Would be in charge of mobilizing funds for investment.
- Growing clientele base of funds generated for investment.
- Assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions (M&A s) and advising them on unique investment opportunities such as derivatives.
- Source and lead direct investments, primary partnership investments and secondary transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence
- Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum required experience: 3 year(s)
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree/HND from a reputable institution
