  • You will be directly representing the company by selling the company products and services, Develops new business prospects in specific geographic areas and ensuring that clients are aware of products/services that best meet their needs.
Responsibilities
  • Make cold calls and develops base for a long -term source of clients by using referrals or special group interest to compile list of prospects.
  • First rate organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Drive, motivation and enthusiasm
  • Confidence and persuasiveness, for 'selling'
  • Budget awareness and good business sense
  • Develop sales strategies and provide feedback to managers.
  • Identifying new leads, perform follow up duties.
  • Building and maintaining your client base.
  • Implementing sales plans or referring clients to professionals who can help them.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Ability to network and establish relationship with clients.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills as well as determination and tenacity.
  • A minimum of first Degree.
  • 3 years and above of work experience in real estate sector

  • Good customer relations and service excellence skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
