Job Title: Direct Sales Agent
Location: Lagos
Purpose of Role
- You will be directly representing the company by selling the company products and services, Develops new business prospects in specific geographic areas and ensuring that clients are aware of products/services that best meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Make cold calls and develops base for a long -term source of clients by using referrals or special group interest to compile list of prospects.
- First rate organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Drive, motivation and enthusiasm
- Confidence and persuasiveness, for 'selling'
- Budget awareness and good business sense
- Develop sales strategies and provide feedback to managers.
- Identifying new leads, perform follow up duties.
- Building and maintaining your client base.
- Implementing sales plans or referring clients to professionals who can help them.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to network and establish relationship with clients.
- Negotiation and influencing skills as well as determination and tenacity.
- A minimum of first Degree.
- 3 years and above of work experience in real estate sector
- A target driven mindset.
- Decision making skills.
- Selling skills.
- Good customer relations and service excellence skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
