A leader in assembling, distributing and marketing of Electronics and Home Appliances in Nigeria, seek to engage suitable candidates for the position below:     Job Title: Assistant Import/Export and Logistic Manager Location: VI, Lagos Reports to: Head of Logistic/Transport Objective

  • To facilitate the receiving, storing, moving and shipping of supplies and effectively managing the timely flow of order processing.
Responsibilities
  • Complete daily shipping and receiving logs.
  • Rectify problems such as damages, shortages and non-conformance to specification.
  • Document and escalate any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving errors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Keep track of stock levels, delivery time, transport cost etc.
  • Complete documentation such as pick lists, bills of lading, work orders and shipping orders.
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics & warehouse transportation and customer services.
  • Adhere to shipping and regulatory procedures.
Requirements
  • HND/B.Sc
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience is a must.
