Our client, one of the leading providers of Information Technology Solutions in Banking and Enterprise  Software, Computer Environment Services,  ATM`s and related Power Systems;
  with offices in Lagos – Nigeria and West Africa  is seeking professionals to fill the following vacant job positions:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Plan, develop and implement strategy to Generate and develop the organisation’s Business in Key Sectors within and outside Nigeria
2. Generate the required revenue and profitability from Line Business Units
3. Develop market share through promoting corporate Identity and achieving Customer Satisfaction
4. Plan, manage and grow the Business Units in the key sectors of the organisation’s target market and other sectors and ensuring it dominates its chosen Information Technology line of Business markets
5. Build and retain a Marketing Team with the experience and reputation to win high value business
6. Grow the user base of prestigious customers to establish and maintain leadership in our chosen target markets
7. Introduce new products and services which can enhance revenues from existing customers, and open up new opportunities in the same or different markets

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A first degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience is required
• Must be energetic, self driven and must possess leadership skills
• Good communications and interpersonal skills and capable of working within a team.
• Relevant experience of business development with demonstrable track record of success, particularly in selling services and software solutions to the financial industry
• A clear demonstrable knowledge of Banking and Finance would be an added advantage

HEAD SUPPORT SERVICES

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Schedule and supervise the activities of the Field Support Engineers and Technicians
2. Entrench effective policies and procedures that ensure Database/History documentation of all fault calls and resolution are logged in
3. Support Technicians and manage profitability of services through proper expense management and   tracking
4. Ensure good working relationship with team members and other unit coordinator
5. Ensure resolution time to faults  and support benchmark and standard are maintained
6. Maintain close liaison with customers and attend meetings with or without implementation team with a view to providing good services
7. Administer and service maintenance contracts by ensuring that new service contracts are signed and existing contracts are renewed timely
8. Provides commentary on financial results and implications of operational processes and advises on corrective action to be taken

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A degree in any relevant field is required
• A minimum of 7 years relevant experience is required
• Experience in Designing/Implementing Large Data Centre’s is required
• Prior role at Management level will be an added advantage
• Must be ready to manage large operations spanning Nigeria and to offer Technical Support
• Should be familiar with redundant UPS Architecture and M&E Contracting
• Should be able to work with HPAC Installations and AUTOCAD

MANAGING DIRECTOR

PRINICIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Lead the Management Team to define and articulate the organization`s Mission and to provide the overall company’s strategic direction and positioning.
2. Plan and direct the organisation's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence
3. Recruit, select and develop executive team members
4. Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
5. Report to shareholders/parent board on organisational plans and performance
6. Drive the implementation of annual, medium-range and strategic development plans to support the growth and expansion of the company.
7. Develop and implement policies that are consistent with best practices in the IT industry and aligned to current environment and realities to deliver on the company’s strategic vision
8. Develop a wide range of relationships and networks with the local, national and international market to position the organisation as well known and credible throughout the industry.
9. Design, build, and maintain an organization of high calibre professionals that can meet the evolving needs of the business and foster a culture of performance and delivery of business and financial results
10. Oversee staff in developing annual budgets that support operating plans and submits budgets for board approval

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A first degree in IT, Engineering or Business
• Possession of a relevant second degree would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be entrepreneurial driven, passionate and with track records of success.
• The Ideal candidate must be self driven and result oriented in delivering business and financial targets.
• Minimum of 15 years of cognizant experience of which the last 5 years must have been at a senior management level.
• Candidate must possess demonstrable leadership skills, and the ability to work as a team leader within a multicultural environment
