Coaching & Facilitation
Presentation & Communication
Strong consultative skills.Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Senior HR Generalist who has demonstrated success in generalists roles helping to align human resources planning and business strategy.
Process development, analysis and problem solving.
Advanced project management skills.
Basic knowledge of finance principles, risk management and expertise in HR approaches
