Job Title: Marketing Executives

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business for the company
  • Follow up on leads supplied and generate new leads
  • Build and maintain quality and professional relationships with customers
  • Prepare marketing reports
  • Contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies for effective sales initiatives
  • Devise strategies to establish services as brands
  • Increase market share and help in the attainment of overall corporate marketing objectives
  • Enable the departments within the organization connect with customers using social media and other tools.
Qualifications, skills and Experience
  1. Ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing; additional course include management, business law, economics and statistics
  2. Minimum of 2-4 years marketing experience in a bank or high performance environment
  3. Goal getter who understands customers needs and has a passion for excellence
  4. Target driven, self motivated, creative and a problem solver
  5. Excellent Persuasive communication and analytical skills




Job Title: Admin/Document Control Officers

Location: Lagos

Position Summary:Manage all commercial and technical documents for the company. Implement processes, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems, distributing documents, and ensuring the accuracy of all documentation.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide help and advice to customers using your organizations products or services
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
  • keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Produce written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software
  • Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
  • Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
  • Follow Safety procedures and related company policies at all times
  • Maintain & ensure consistency in document management
  • Assess effectiveness of best practices and tools, with a view to continuously improving tools systems performance
  • Implement document control processes and tools
  • Produce, print & distribute documents

Qualifications, skills and Experience
  1. Ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree with focus in Business Administration; additional course include management, business law, economics and statistics
  2. Minimum of 2-4 years cognate experience in a high performance environment
  3. Ability to pay attention to details
  4. Excellent Persuasive communication and analytical skills
  5. Good leadership skills
  6. Excellent knowledge of administrative support




Job Title: Graduate Trainees

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates (No experience required)
  • B.Sc. Graduates of Accountancy, Economics, Banking & Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or other related numerate disciplines
  • Minimum of second class upper division
  • Good, passionate inter-personal skill and ability to effectively in a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Smart intelligent and likeable disposition
  • Analytical and lateral thinking skills
  • Passion for research and learning
  • Not more than 25 years of age
