Job Title: Project QA/QC Engineer

- Assist and/or conduct quality control reviews at client project sites.
- Verify and maintain quality control records.
- Support personnel to assure effective and competent performance of quality function.
- Participate in the review of all project design, implementation

- Prepare all invoices within 48hours of receipt of sales order(s) and all supporting documents.

Job Description
- Using industrial rope access services in difficult to access areas such as confined spaces and high access areas.
- Perform tests, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment as necessary.
- Repair may require the reading and interpreting wiring
schematics, performing minor coating, bolting and welding, and operating
hydraulic, pneumatic, Inspection and spray equipment.
- Adjust or replace bearings, pipes, and other pipeline and production facilities as needed.
- Verify that the integrity of the structure has been restored for the purpose it was designed for.
- Take pictures and/or video of completed work for presentation to the client.
- Assist in recruiting and training rope access employees on

Job Title: Facilities and Services Officer (Expediter)
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Review purchase orders for expediting requirements, seeks
solutions to technical problems, reviews reports to clarify
misunderstandings, monitors client changes and communicate to end users
on delivery status.
- Weekly Reports- generate and provide data for input into status
reports on delays in supply, impact on delivery schedule, tracking and
delivery logs. Generate and create reports detailing work progress,
costs, requisition issues and inventory levels.
- Maintain proper file management of all expediting documentation and communication in the procurement file
- Advise the requisitioner on any proposed change(s) to any part of the requisitioned material (e.g. specifications etc)
- Vendor Management- Works with warehouse, buyers and suppliers to
correct deficiencies, shortages, unacceptable substitutions and other

- Monitor placed orders with vendors and suppliers to be sure that the materials are delivered in the specified amount of time.

Job Description
- Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to
specifications, using straightedge, combination square, calipers, and
ruler.
- Tack-welds or welds components and assemblies, using electric, gas, arc, or other welding equipment.
- Cut workpiece, using powered saws, hand shears, or chipping knife.
- Melt lead bar, wire, or scrap to add lead to joint or to extrude melted scrap into reusable form.
- Install or repairs equipment, such as lead pipes, valves, floors, and tank linings.
- Observe tests on welded surfaces, such as hydrostatic, x-ray,
and dimension tolerance to evaluate weld quality and conformance to
specifications.
- Inspect grooves, angles, or gap allowances, using micrometer, caliper, and precision measuring instruments.
- Remove rough spots from workpiece, using portable grinder, hand file, or scraper.
- Welds components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Heat, form, and dress metal parts, using hand tools, torch, or arc welding equipment.
- Ignite torch and adjusts valves, amperage, or voltage to obtain desired flame or arc.
- Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
- Develop templates and other work aids to hold and align parts.
Requirements
- A Technical degree or journey man experience of 6-15years and above related experience in welding
- Rope Access IRATA Level 3
- Must have experience welding multiple types of pipe including, but not limited to: carbon steel, stainless steel, and chrome.
- Certified in at least 3 of these processes: SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW
- Knowledge and experience in 6G Pipe Testing
- Valid A.W.S D1.1 Certification
- Responsible for carrying out all your duties in a safe,
competent manner and in line with both systems and the IRATA Code of
Practice.
- Extensive experience in welding and fabrication mainly in the piping and Vessels
- Knowledge and experience in all QC related activities in Piping, welding, related Piping
- Valid BOSIET Offshore Survival Certification
- Full UKOOA Medical & TB Clearance certificate
- Technical background in advanced welding methods and procedures
- Knowledge of various international welding equipment
- Knowledge and adherence to safety rules, regulations and good housekeeping standards.
