  • Coordinating the management of regional branches
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the handling of sudden crisis events of the branch, responsible for the performance management, bonus management, visit reception and network dispute arbitration of the branch company; responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the group and regional leaders; responsible for daily personnel, administration and IT of the branch Informatization construction support management.
  • Responsible for formulating short-term and long-term business objectives and tasks of the branch according to the regional general strategy, and responsible for formulating the annual work plan and operating budget report of the branch;
  • According to local regulations and policy changes, collect competitor information, formulate market development plans, and implement effective measures to improve performance;
  • Responsible for the formulation of the product planning and product promotion plan of the branch, responsible for the scientific and rationality of the branch's cargo management, ordering and blending;
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (undergraduate) and above;
  • Accounting majors or economic majors, business management and other related majors are preferred;
  • English can be used as a working language.
  • Financial management, risk control, employee management communication and leadership management of branch offices;
  • Have certain decision-making ability, good execution ability, ability to solve emergencies, grasp market trend, coordination and adaptability;
  • 3-7 years of work experience, 3 years of working experience in the direct selling industry, engaged in financial management work, market business development work, product customs clearance and inspection, company registration and other knowledge;
