Job Title: Sales Managers
Vacancy  Responsibilities
The incumbent who will report to the Director of Sales will be expected to; manage the company’s customers in the assigned region to achieve the volume and value targets. Manage the trade channel and field sales team to achieve the company’s distribution’s objectives. Achieve the company’s sales and profitability growth objectives.
Experience and Competences required for the vacancy
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a fast moving consumer goods company, preferably in the manufacturing sector
Eligible age of not more than 38 years with high energy level
Remuneration packages for this position are competitive together with good career prospects for top performers.
Working experience with a US corporation will be an advantage Candidate must possess a good first degree together with a post qualification in the Social Sciences, Business Administration from a reputable higher institution
Demonstrated ability to deliver results, strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills are imperatives

Job Title Sales Representatives
Vacancy Responsibilities
The incumbent who will report to the Sales Manager will be expected to deliver on the following sales activities; achieve all sales targets for assigned territory.
Ensure effective planning and redistribution of company products in assigned territory
Ensure strict adherence to the company’s financial guidelines and sales procedures
Experience and Competences required for the vacancy

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast moving consumer goods company, preferably in manufacturing
Candidate must possess a good first in the Social Sciences, Business Administration from a reputable higher institution
Demonstrated competence to sell and achieve results
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Eligible age of 25 – 32 years with high energy
