Job Description

  • The Marketing team is cross-functional and manages email marketing, online marketing, PPC, affiliate marketing and social media activities. We are seeking to strengthen our Email Marketing team with the appointment of an expert Email marketer.
  • This person will lead a small team to ensure that the right emails hit the right inboxes at the right time to maximize their open and click through rates and ensure engaging customer communications.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Managing multiple email campaigns including template design, calls-to-action and content.
  • Ensuring emails are being delivered and that open rates are optimized.
  • Working closely with the insight team to continually review and refresh email marketing strategy.
  • Measuring all campaign activity and results
  • Developing road maps for processes, A/B tests and promotions
  • Management of a small team.

Job Title: Lead Designer/Front End - Web Designer

Job Description

  • The Lead Designer/Front End Web Developer will be responsible for producing HTML and CSS code based on provided site and product designs while adhering to the latest coding best practices.
  • Write, modify and maintain CSS and HTML, working closely with both the interactive design staff and development staff.
  • A basic understanding of JS and JQUERY are also required.
  • The front end developer may also be asked to create prototypes and wireframes and also design graphics, site navigation, and layout of contents.

  • Be a brand ambassador, guardian and promoter of the brand. To work according to the values of the brand.

Job Title: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Job Description


  • Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for targeted content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific
  • Create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, webinars)
  • Work directly within the content management tool to refine on-page content and metadata
  • Develop and implement link building campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience with search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Proven experience creating and implementing SEO strategy in B2B, enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated in-depth, up to date knowledge about organic search algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems.
  • Experience using various analytical tools; experience with Adobe Analytics and Conductor a plus.
