The Impact You Will Make

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products, order processing, distribution planning, inventory management and reconciling cash and stock.
You should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

The Customer Fulfillment Officer will be working with our Sales team in bridging the gap and creating a harmonious relationship between our organization and clients.
Receiving calls and replying emails from customers
Receive inquiries and find solutions to customer complaints
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Assist with delivering goods to the customer
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool.
