Job Title: Franchise Development Manager
Job Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Source and develop prospect referrals
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or i person’
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Follow up on sales activity
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • Schedule sales activities
  • Develop and maintain a prospect database
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
  • Make sales calls to new and existing prospects
  • Develop and make presentations of company Franchise to potential prospects
  • Negotiate and discuss terms of Franchise with prospects

Qualification & Experience:
  • Bsc/HND in Any numerate discipline
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales and customer service.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications and presentation skills
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing and Sales
  • Proven ability to achieve Sales targets
