Job Description

  • Carry out vehicle licensing, renewals and other statutory requirements relating to the company’s vehicles to ensure all operational vehicles have up-to-date particulars at all times
  • Develop, maintain, and track records of vehicle and driver allocation across the organization
  • Ensure rescue of driver in cases of breakdown or issues with regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain daily logs of vehicle breakdown, maintenance problems and accidents.
  • Safeguard fleet by ensuring the deployment of efficient and effective security infrastructure and services.
  • Monitor all pilots and ensure full remittance on a daily basis
  • Supervise the activities of all drivers and enforce discipline and compliance to traffic rules amongst same.
  • Manage and safeguard fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance in line with stated policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure the vehicles and drivers are properly inspected in accordance with stated procedure before authorization of the operation.
  • Conduct the pre-inspection before dispatching any Taxi
  • Ensure timely and regular repairs and maintenance of all Taxis
  • Monitor and ensure adherence safety driving rules/ procedures across the country

Job Description:
  • Manage the long and short-term business development goals, objectives and targets as part of the department’s planning and budgeting process.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and cordial relationship with customers.
  • Ensure walk-in customers enjoy excellent customer service by providing assistance in selecting the right merchandise that suites their needs.
  • Liaise with new and existing customers on issues affecting sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the company brand and endeavour to enhance the company’s image through appearance and behaviour.
  • Attend workshops, trade shows, seminars and other networking events for the sales department to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry and to meet prospects.
  • Prepare achieved activity and performance reports on a timely basis, for the attention of the Chief Marketing Officer and other relevant parties.
  • Work in line with the Chief Marketing Officer on visitation/activity and schedule/plan to facilitate realisation of the departmental targets on a timely basis.
  • Conduct extensive market research and intelligent gathering of customers and competitors information.
  • Source for clients and generate leads for sales or partnerships.
  • Collate and analyse sales data and generate periodic sales reports for the attention of the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Responsible for direct and indirect sales while ensuring sales targets contribute to the overall company’s revenue targets per period.
  • Maintain proper records of customers’ transactions.
  • Resolve customers' complaints promptly on sales or other related transactions.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Chief Marketing Officer or Chief Operating Officer.
