Job Title: Graduate Sales Analyst
Job description
The
Sales Analyst role is required to contribute to the provision of
quality services by delivering excellent administrative and analytical
support and assistance to the – Sales and marketing management and the
sales team and overall business.
The incumbent will support
sales planning & analysis, forecasting, reporting, budget
objectives and communications. Establish/streamline Sales policies and
procedures
He will be responsible for all data analysis, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain precise sales data and reports through ERP.
- To ensure that all tasks within sales organization are carried out in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- To ensure and assist in effective use of PDA or relating issues for effective sales and reporting.
- To determine company revenue budget by interacting with the top management and sales team.
- To ensure that the company revenue budget is broken down per sales channel, sales regions and Cities.
- To determine company prices for all products.
- Provide accurate and timely forecast for each SKU to the operations department to ensure adequate product delivery.
- Ensure accurate data is maintained on all company customers in the ERP.
- Track and analyze key metrics.
- Collect, consolidate and generate sales reports on need and periodic basis.
- Compile
key pieces of information related to performance against sales
objectives to be reviewed by Management and report approved plans to
Finance for processing.
- Proactively analyzes data and reports on key findings to sales leadership.
- Develop presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and achievements from ERP.
- Reporting
and analysis for the Sales and Marketing departments, including:
executive reporting of sales and marketing results, key metrics and
KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
- Implements
and manages reports and dashboards from the ERP ensuring sales reps
and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the
business.
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of
sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales
organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in
the development of new reporting tools as needed.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: (IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation)
- Accountable for ensuring that Company Budgets are accurately broken down per product, channel, City and District.
- Accountable for customer master data update in Navision
- Clear
and concise dissemination of company information on prices and rebates
and other sales related issue to the customer and company – wide.
- Accountable for providing accurate data on sales to aid top management decision.
- Act as point of liaison between Fan Milk Central Management and its districts and cities.
- Supports
all other departments within the organization by ensuring clear flow
of information on Sales performance and other relevant information are
available as at when needed.
- Support sales team with
relevant information on development within the company and other sales
cities and districts that might affect their performance or the company
business.
- Support sales development team in ensuring that accurate data are captured on the Company MIS.
WORK/BUSINESS CONTACTS AND AUTHORITY:

- Customers: All relevant customers including Agents, Franchise Takers, Distributors, Supermarkets and etc.
- Meet
regularly with Management team to be appraised with company direction
and strategies for interpretation and dissemination to all
stakeholders.
- Assist the General Manager Sales and Marketing
to supervise the sales organization in ensuring that sales and customer
service is performed in accordance with the Fan Milk policies and
plans.
- Interact frequently with Operations, Finance, IT,
- Distribution Centres, Mini-distribution Centres, Logistics, Customer Services and Sales.
- Work & business contacts: Various Fan Milk Organizations and staff, Relevant local authorities.

Job Title: Shift Engineer (Mechanical)
Location: Nigeria
Purpose
- The purpose of this role is to ensure that Plant equipment run
smoothly. He will be responsible for providing technical support on the
installation, commissioning and maintenance of plant facilities
- Develop, implement and manage preventive maintenance procedures,
checklist and Standard procedures (SOP) of plant facilities to reduce
damages and downtime.
- Transferring of technical knowhow of installed equipment through
adequate training of subordinates (Technicians, electricians and
technical operators).
- Ensuring that adequate spare parts of equipment are available in store
- Review plant facilities design in order to improve productivity, safety and efficiency.
- Co-ordinate with production and quality teams in ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is strictly adhered to.
Principal Accountabilities (IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation)
- To maintain to optimal standard all machines and equipment
inside the factory plant and these covers all the areas under principal
accountabilities.
- Ensure running of automated mixing and processing equipments
which includes, big scanima, small scanima, pipelines, agitators, pumps,
Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE), processing instruments (temperature,
pressure, level, flow transmitters etc), valves (manual and automatic),
valve stations, Homogenizers, Pasteurizers, Holding tubes, electrical
switchboards and controls, lighting fittings and socket outlets etc at
optimal cost.
- Ensure running of Packaging Line comprising of DJ-2P and prepac
packing machines, Scanico double drum freezer, scanima freezer, packing
conveyors,
- Ensure correct functioning of Tetrapak Equipments comprising of
Tetra Classic Aseptic (TCA), Tetra Brick Aseptic (TBA/8), Lacta and
Aseptic processing equipments in order to ensure on-time realisation of
production plans
- Provide Technical support to Water Treatment Plant (WTP) when on shift.
- Provide Technical support to Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) when on shift.
- Covers the Ammonia plant when on shift and the Utility Engineer
is not in the factory. Use all initiative to ensure that the Ammonia
HVAC systems are in good condition.
- Ensure correct functioning of Ice cream Packing machines which
include Frosto Machines, Jumbo Servo, Cut extruder, Rotary cup sealer,
Pumps, agitators, valves cold room heaters and evaporator fans etc
- Provide technical support to technical operators at pet bottling plant
Performance Management (Key Performance Indicators):
- Rate of avoiding production machine breakdown.
- Rate of avoiding Energy supply breakdown.
- Rate of attending to Cooling issue.
Critical Qualifications / Skills / Experience (IPE Factor: Knowledge)
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-6years working experience in related field
- Corporate Member Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE)
- Registered member Council For Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria(COREN)
- Must understand plant maintenance.

Job Title: Utility Technician (Water Treatment Plant)

Purpose
- The purpose of this role is to ensure that Plant equipment run
minute to minute. He will be responsible for providing good out water
for production
- Develop, implement and manage preventive maintenance procedures,
checklist and Standard procedures (SOP) of plant facilities to reduce
damages and downtime.
- Transferring of technical knowhow of installed equipment through adequate training of subordinates
- Ensuring that adequate spare parts of equipment are available in store
- Review plant facilities design in order to improve productivity, safety and efficiency.
Principal Accountabilities (IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation)
- Production of Treated Portable water, reporting of
jobs/decisions above my capacity to immediate Superior, Operating
equipments within the plant
- Report/ Seek for assistance from Quality Assurance Manager/other
Quality Assurance Officer in case of any unclear observations or
situations.
- Maintenance of all equipment within the plant (Mechanical &
Electrical), Repairs of all equipment within the plant, Backwashing of
filtration tanks-manually
- Dosing of water treatment chemicals, Sanitation [Washing of
tanks and general cleaning of the environment], Plumbing jobs around the
plant
- Recharging of both Carbon and Sand Filters, Keeping of
day-to-day daily records of activities, Responsible for water and diesel
supply the Guest Houses with records.
- Inventory of available and used chemicals, Sending of daily reports to appropriate personnel and offices.
- Making recommendations in the areas of necessary improvement,
Supervision of both I.T. Student and Tanker Drivers working at the
plant, making requisition for spare parts and water treatment chemicals
within my jurisdiction.
- Filling of Water Quality Parameter worksheet, as required to
ensure accuracy during each shift, maintenance of all equipment within
the plant (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Repairs of all equipment within the plant, supply of Diesel for
running Generator Sets at Dam, repairs of all equipment within the plant
(Mechanical & Electrical).
Performance Management (Key Performance Indicators)
- Ensure smooth running of all Water Treatment Machines.
- Availability of Water for Production rate 100%
- Keep records of all machines running hour
- Keep a Database of all important date.
- Carry-out preventive maintenance on all machine
Critical Qualificaions/Skills/Experience (IPE Factor: Knowledge)
The ideal candidate:
- The position requires a professional standard of knowledge to
lead teams through functional/general expertise in performing his duties
and associated functions.
- B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in related field.
- Substantial experience in general plumbing or related work, with an emphasis in time management and employee relation.

full operational condition all the time and make machines available to
production department to follow production planning.
- To reduce the down time of Process and production machines to ZERO.
- To ensure that Machinery and equipment are maintained and any Electrical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Principal Accountabilities (IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation)
- All processes equipments: Frosto, DJ machines, IS6, Scanico and
Scanima, Mixing equipment, cooling equipment, compressors, Process
equipment, Utility equipment, Complete Automated filling machine (With
two different lines)(DJ), Automated Frosto Ice Cream machines, Scanima
freezer, Homogenizer, Centrifugal/Positive Displacement pumps, Product
storage tanks with Gear box, Mini-cone Baking machine, Saxon and Auto
Packing sealer machine, Pneumatic valves, Agitators, Create washing
machine, conveyors line and all other jobs as assigned by the Shift
Engineer.
Performance Management (Key Performance Indicators)
- The down time of Process and production machines to ZERO
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Preventive Maintenance on Process Machines.
- Rate of availability of spare parts.
- Rate of attendance to operators on machine.
Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience (IPE Factor: Knowledge)
The ideal candidate:
- The position requires a professional standard of knowledge to
carry-out his duties through functional/general expertise in his field
and associated functions.
- HND in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-4 years proven experience in manufacturing plant.
- Hand on Mechanical Process Machines and electrical knowledge
- Should be able to communicate oral and written with all.
- Should have good working knowledge of computer and maintenance related software.
- Must have organisational skills to handle team and assigned jobs in engineering section.
- Must have certificate in safety and health hazards.
- Knowledge of packaging machines, freezers, ICE cream making machines.
