Job Title: Customer Operations Specialist (Beginners)

Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Provide customer service to users all over the world, including but not limited to problem-solving, emotional control, expectation management, psychological intervention, complaint handling, etc.
  • Responsible for Telegram and other overseas community operations, do good work on funnel transformations of community users.
  • Export work methods and standards, and complete relevant personnel training.
  • Other temporary work
  • English can be used in written communication.
  • Accept 12 hours shift work.
  • Promote the transformation of each step through AMA, activities, topic guidance, research and data analysis according to the operation goals of different stages of community users.
  • Complete the work of community audit well.

Salary
$400 - $500 monthly
