Job Description/Roles
- Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors, Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications
- Develop active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the Institution.
- Product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors management.
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Track orders and ensure timely deliver
- Processing of all procurement's of goods and services
- Implement the Institution’s procurement manual
Qualification and Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences.
Other Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years post qualification experience.
- Computer Literacy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job Title: Head of Membership

Job Description/Roles
- Upgrading member’s Status from Probationers/Graduates to Associate accordingly.
- Process Associate results for approval and allotment of numbers, collation of synopsis for approval, Daily collations of critical analysis and input towards next screening/interview.
- Process approved/not approved synopsis and communicate to candidates accordingly. Update Associate members register
- Act as administrative Secretary to the Membership Committee
- Official feedback/liaison with candidates post screening of logbooks/dairies exercise. Receive all department mail from Liaison/Enugu offices and report to the Executive Secretary for action.
- Prepare new interview checklist and attend to member complaints daily awaiting directives from Executive Secretary.

Job Title: Executive Secretary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Heads the Secretariat as Chief Operations Officer (COO) with responsibility for implementing organization’s strategic vision and plan.
- Provides necessary Leadership for growth of the Institution.
- Overall responsibility for Secretariat’s performance providing excellent and customer focused services to members and other stakeholders.
- Ensures activities, actions plans etc. upholds institution’s reputation, quality and integrity.
- Ensures the protection and preservation of the Institutions assets and properties.
- Forges and maintains mutually benefiting relationships with similar local and international professional bodies.
- Ensures the arrangement and logistics for Council, Management meetings and Council members welfare and reports on the Institution’s activities to Council regularly through the National Secretary.
- Serves as Secretary to Council and Management Committee.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the President, National Secretary and Council.
Qualification and Requirements
- A Master's degree in Social Sciences
- Minimum of 15 years post qualification (at least 5 must have been in similar position).
Other Requirements:
- Professional Membership: A recognized professional qualification in Personnel Management or Human Resources Administration is an added advantage
- Age: 40-55 years
