Pacesetter Transport Services (P.T.S.) formerly Trans City Transport Company (T.C.T.C.) is a provider of mass transit, goods handling and other logistics services.
We are the operators of the Oyo State Mass Transit Bus (Ajumose Shuttle). Pacesetter Transport Services is an initiative of the Oyo State Government to ease the challenges in the state transport system. We deploy neat, well-maintained and comfortable buses to most part of the country and the West Coast.

We are recruiting to fill the following position:

Job Title: General Manager
Responsibilities

• Work requires managing and monitoring work performance of all PTS departments, including evaluating program/work objectives and effectiveness, establishing broad organisatlon goals and realigning work and staffing assignments for the department.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or University in Transport Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• An MBA or Masters degree in Transport from an accredited institution would be an added advantage, vis-a-vis registered member of institute of Logistics & Transport management
• Age: 35 to 45
• A minimum of Ten (10) years of progressively responsible management in the operation of a large multi-service public bus transportation system, including Three (3) years of experience at the senior management level

• Under the general direction of the General Manager, directs the activities of the Finance, Admin, Materials Management, Human Resource, Information Technology units
• Reports to the General Manger

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field from a nationally accredited College or University.
• An MBA or Masters degree in Management from an accredited institution is a must.
• Highly developed communication skills both written and oral
• Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN)
• Ten (10) years of progressively responsible financial management and administration within the transport industry
• Strong business orientation in maximizing utilization or assigned resources

• Under the general direction of the General Manager, directs the activities of the Finance, Admin, Materials Management, Human Resource, Information Technology units
• Reports to the General Manger. 

• HND Accounting
• Highly developed communication skills both written and oral
• Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN)
• An MBA or Masters degree in Management from an accredited institution is a must.
• 5 years Audit experience
• Strong business orientation in maximizing utilization or assigned resources
