  • Must have 1-2 Years Post NYSC Experience in any Field.
  • Must be a Graduate in these fields: Engineering, Economics, Sociology.

  • Must be ready to work with little or less supervision.
Job Title: Administrative Officer Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Maintaining a filing system for the office administration.
  • Ensure that all documents leaving the company are properly registered in the appropriate files/folders (electronic and physical).
  • Assisting with document preparation
  • Ensuring that all office supplies are bought and are at adequate levels at all times
  • Must ensure that equipment are repaired on time at a minimal cost
  • Must carry out a market  survey of supplies used in the office from time to time

Job Title: Estate Manager Location: Lagos Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
  • Must reside in Lagos
  • Develop space plan, design and layout
  • Project management and supervision of all station infrastructure upgrades and modifications
  • Forecast future space planning needs and budgets
  • Develops service level agreements for vendors
  • Acts as interface between the firm and technical and logistic vendors
  • Acts as interface between firm and owners of properties leased by the company

Other Duties:

  • Provide advice and consultation to IS as regards facilities engineering matters and compliance with ANL’s rules.
  • Prepares, negotiates and administers contracts for specialized facilities maintenance
  • Co-ordinates facilities engineering project activities with other district departments and divisions.

Job Title: Accountant Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Keeping up to date accounts of all cash and cheque disbursements
  • Maintaining adequate records of all purchases
  • Ensuring that bills are settled promptly to avoid disruption
  • Ensure tithe and other external payments are made promptly
  • Ensure that income from other sources are collected as at when due
  • Must ensure that WHT and VAT certificates are collected on time
  • Must make provision for running expenses at the beginning of each week
  • Entering all company transactions in the appropriate ledgers on a daily basis
  • Ensuring that clients and candidates are invoiced as soon as service is rendered
  • Ensure that payments are made as at when due.

Requirements

  • Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
  • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
  • Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
