Job Title: Integrated Control and Safety Systems Sales Services Engineer

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Workshop Sales Service Manager, this person is responsible for driving the service sales of ICSS, Valve.
- Consultative selling and technical presentations on ICSS
maintenance service contracts/upgrades of existing plant/critical
equipment control systems and 3rd party interfaces
- Work with E&I/maintenance/operations site and project teams
in customer organisations to provide solutions on control system needs
and requirements
- Support internal sales/estimators to prepare system architecture
and technical proposals and provide support for reviews, ensure timely
submission.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management related to sales and revenue, project funnel, collect competitor intelligence.
- Monitor the market and evaluate competition and customer
specific strategic and operational factors to support business
decisions.
Qualifications
- Technical Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated track record of sales / business development growth
in Nigeria within oil & gas market target customers
production/maintenance/operations/L&D/asset management organizations
- Working experience of 5-10 years with GE/Siemens/Rockwell/Schneider/Yokogawa/Honeywell control systems sales/services

Job Title: Workshop Services Sales Engineer - Tendering and Estimation

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Area: Process Management (control sytems and instrumentation)

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Workshop Sales Service Manager, the Engineer
will develop quotation and contract template for the service sales team
with focus on costing and commercial input to achieve required revenue
targets.
- Responsible for estimation of costs of project, materials, duration and generate proposal/bid.
- Review of enquiry/ bid documents / RFQ from sales team or
customers and preparation of Summary document including third party
hardware/software buyouts, T&Cs, exceptions & discrepancies for
bid/no bid decisions. Resolution of proposal related queries with
client/sales.
- Sizing and selection of hardware and preparation of BOQ, costing
of E&I hardware, preparation of commercial proposal including
payment & delivery terms, billing schedule etc.
- Preparation of technical proposal, data sheets and documentation
package & resolution of post-proposal technical and commercial
queries. Should be familiar with project specifications, shop drawings,
PFD/P&IDs and submittals
- Shall maintain projects lists and close out documentation;
interface with general E&I/EPC contractors and subs and be detail
oriented with follow up skills.
- Responds to inquiries from department personnel regarding
assigned project status; assists department personnel in organizing work
relating to specific assigned project deadlines Monitor the market
and evaluate competition and customer specific strategic and operational
factors to support business decisions

Job Title: Workshop Sales Service Manager

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Deputy Country Manager PMD, this role is
responsible for the management of the sales of the PMD services
(workshops), leading the service sales team, providing technical support
in designing solutions to fulfill clients needs and for providing
guidance on quotations and contracts.
- Lead the workshop sales team for business development of AOSO
workshops viz. Metering, Valves Repairs, Low Voltage /Medium Voltage
& Hoerbiger
- Establish a plan for workshops business development to support
existing customers and grow the customer portfolio by developing leads
and new opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong network with key individuals
within the customer's production/ maintenance/ operations/ L&D/
asset management organizations and leverage to anticipate customer s
needs as well as accurately forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly and
annual basis.
- Carry out any other Business Development activity that may be required by AOS Orwell vis- -vis the client.
- Alignment of initiatives between the Client and AOS Orwell by
imbibing and transferring relevant aspects of Client s QHSE and other
systems into AOS Orwell.
- Monitor the market and evaluate competition and customer

Qualification

- Extensive knowledge in the field of Industrial Automation with knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry.

- Should have hands-on proven experience in process plant/workshop
mechanical/electrical equipment QA/QC, HSE procedures such as NDE, ITP,
Fabrication /Maintenance (WPS), PWHT etc.
- Meets & exceeds client expectations by utilising clients processes/procedures to get results
- Achieves continuous improvement by proactively assessing company's working relationship, practices & methods.
Job Title: Valves Repair Sales Services Manager

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Workshop Sales Service Manager, this person is
responsible for the management of the sales of the valve shop, driving
interaction with clients on AOSO capabilities and providing guidance on
quotations and contracts.
- Work across the organization to influence and promote the valve
maintenance business including direct selling, training, coaching,
proposals/cost estimation assistance for our target market segments.
- Work with the sales and valve maintenance workshop teams to
review our offering ensuring we are market competitive across our
various market segments.
- Valve shop registration & shop Audits ; Qualification with
NCDMB & NIPEX; Registration with IOCs/MFOs/NNPC Valve Services
Proposals ; Tracking Nipex Tenders
- Liaise with Customers
- Valve workshops ; Align cost structure and Prepare Bids & Proposals
- Monitor the market and evaluate competition and customer
specific strategic and operational factors to support business
decisions.
